I was a dog mom to my best friend Rupert for 14 years, before he recently passed. He was a pug and needed a lot of care towards the end of his life, which was hard but easy at the same time because I would have done anything to make him happy :) Aside from my personal dog, I have taken care of friends dogs and cats, even lizards while they've been away for long periods of time. I can take on special needs, most recently catsat my close friends cat who was recovering from a car hitting him. All paid jobs, although I would've done it for free. I have a background in special needs care for children as well, taking care of people and pets is something I enjoy. I miss Rupert and can't wrap my mind around ever having another dog because of the heartache but I thought and was recommended to maybe pet sit to get the joy that animals bring us all but not feel like I am betraying my dog by getting another one. Anyways I thank you all in advance for the privilege of spending time with your furry family members.

Grace is wonderful! She is always so flexible as our travel seems to always be delayed/impacted in some way, but she always is willing to adjust the drop off/pick up time and make sure our dog Winnie gets the care she needs. Winnie is always so excited to see her which puts us at ease, knowing she loves her time with Grace. Thank you!
I'm so glad I booked Grace last minute for overnight house and cat sitting. My cat can be very shy and anxious when we're gone, to the point of not eating. Grace offered to do a meet and greet and kitty warmed up to her quicker than anyone else he's met, even rubbing up against her. She's one of those rare people that animals trust and love right away. During our trip, Grace sent us frequent updates with photos and videos, and confirmed he was having medicine each day. It was clear that he felt very comfortable and confident around her! She also made sure to inform us of packages received and any other house-related updates. She was extremely respectful of our home and went above and beyond cleaning after herself, which was very appreciated after traveling. When you leave your pet alone with someone new, it can be nerve wracking. I can reassure anyone in need of a sitter that Grace will treat your baby like her own.
We always have peace of mind when we leave our girls with Grace. She treats them like family and they always come home happy and unstressed. Worth every penny!

I am available full time, Monday through Sunday. Early pickup's and late drop off's are accepted, please feel free to request any time you need :)

I have private patio space and my building has a private dog park as well. Currently no other pets in my home, so if you have a furry friend that prefers to be alone I can accommodate that, I can also take on more than one pet at at time, whatever your specific requests are, I will follow :)
A typical day
I love taking dogs to parks and long walks! Or just snuggle on the couch if that’s what they prefer, activities will vary depending on what you as their parent prefer and limit for your pup/cat.
