About: I’ve lived with five dogs and two cats of my own over the last 15 years, and they’ve all been family. More recently, I've fostered many dogs with different needs and temperaments in my home during the last year. I’ve cared for everything from zoomy puppies to sweet old-timers who needed help with stairs, meds, and the occasional mess. I’m calm, gentle, and totally happy spending hours just hanging out with animals. Whether your pet wants playtime, walks, or snuggles, I'm game. I'm self-employed with a flexible, hybrid schedule. With a little notice, I can tighten my away from home work hours to 4 or less most days. As both a sitter and an owner, I know that communication is key and details matter. About: I have a lifetime of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other small animals! I love all animals and will take care of your fur babies like my own! I’m a teacher and work M-F during the school year and am available for overnight stays, before school, or after school. In the summer I am available throughout the day. I am available for overnight stays as requested. I am happy to feed, water, scoop, play, and snuggle with your kitties as much or as little as you prefer.

I have availability 6–7 days a week, from early morning to late evening! **Meet and Greets: For safety, security, and your pet's comfort, a meet and greet is required for all bookings. The easiest option is a video call, but if you would prefer an in-person meet and greet, a booking is required. For dog walking and house sitting, I strongly encourage an in-person meet and greet to ensure I am the best support option for your pet! **Cancellations and Modifications: If a service has already been confirmed and is 3 days or less away, I do not accept cancellations or modifications outside of emergencies. This means you will be charged for the full service you initially booked, regardless of changing circumstances. Delight is in the details! As your pet/house sitter, I chat with every pet parent to get the scoop on what's needed from me. While I am self-sufficient and can work with minimal details, I encourage families to share as much as they can about the intricacies of their pets' behaviors, personalities, and even house rules or quirks to be aware of. This way, everyone's comfortable and satisfied, and all responsibilities get done so we can all have a delightful time. **Additional notes: I do have a personal vehicle to transport pets in the case of any emergency.

I accommodate my schedule to adapt to your pets normal home walking, activity & feeding schedule. Overnight stays include two walks per day, one in the morning and one before bed. Any additional walks are 20$. I provide reliable and loving boarding for cats, dogs, parrots, pocket pets & exotics. I also offer flexible drop off and pickup times. I’m located near Takoma Metro. My home is a low-stress, quiet sanctuary for all pets, especially shy or senior pets. I have experience with dogs, cats, parrots, exotics & pocket pets. I will walk your dog in my neighborhood or to the nearby park. I have a nice yard in which your dog can enjoy fresh air and exercise. I love spending time outdoors while walking dogs! Cats: I am with your cat during the day & set aside play time with them so they can chase ribbons, be rubbed or cuddled. Parrots: I spend quality time with your birds and allow them window space to see the outside world. I only board one animal at a time- unless they are from the same household, ensuring your pet receives quality care. My husband and daughter also assist with the care of your pet. This ensures that they are always cared for and supervised.

About: I have had 3 years of experience with mostly dogs. Not including the 10 dogs I grew up with. Can give baths, walks, meditation and I am very structural with meals and bed times. Im new to rover but am very curious and excited. I love all furry Babies; young, old, sick, or healthy they’ll receive care and attention. I’m a full time student and i am available most dates, but just let me know 48 hours before. Weekends are Guaranteed for my availability. Big back yard but not fenced. Surrounded by open fields but am quite a distance from any busy roads. Pet proofed from and clean from any small objects your pets might find interesting.

About: Currently my brother and I are working from home and don't mind having your dog here to accompany us. We love furry guests! I've had/watched dogs all my life ranging from teacups to great Danes, we love them all! Working from home 5 days a week (introverts for sure) we are available most week days and weekends. Our morning and afternoon walks for its nothing to add your fur baby! We have pups and dislike crates so I let them roam the house. If the house is too foreign I will limit them to the room im occupying with occasional backyard fun and 20/30 min walks. I also send pics daily/hourly depending on owners comfort level.

About: I have grown up/taken care of various pets ever since I could remember. I am serious about the health and hygiene of any and all pets. I am at home 5-7 days a week and readily available to be mobile if need be! I do have a 4 year old son, but he is in pre-k full time and low maintenance enough for me to give proper attention to all. I'm naturally easygoing, which dogs tend to pick up on quickly, and I'm comfortable reading a dog's body language and adjusting to what they need in the moment, whether that's more structure, more patience, or just a calm, steady presence. I treat every dog as if it were my own: reliable, attentive, and genuinely happy to spend the time with them. I also have experience caring for senior dogs. I'm currently working part time, so I can easily take some time for dog walking any time of the day, in the evenings and on the weekends. A furry friend's safety is always my top priority. Whether I'm walking them outside or watching them at home, dogs stay leashed and wear their collar with ID at all times, both indoors and out, in case a door or gate is accidentally left open. I keep a close eye on their surroundings, avoid unfamiliar dogs or busy roads without your comfort level in mind, and make sure they always have access to fresh water. I send updates and photos during walks or stays so you always know how your pup is doing, and I keep your emergency contact and vet information on hand just in case. I treat every home and every dog with the same care and attention I'd want for my own.

About: I’ve been caring for my cat Angel since she was 4 months old, and I’ve spent the past 3 years learning how to provide love, patience, attention, and proper care for a pet’s needs. I understand that every animal has their own personality and deserves to feel safe and comfortable. I’m a college student with a flexible schedule and availability that works well for pet visits. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have classes from 9:00 AM–1:15 PM and am available before and after class. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have classes from 1:30–2:45 PM and am available before and after class. I have open availability on Fridays and weekends and can provide reliable, consistent visits based on your pet’s needs and schedule. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’m responsible, attentive, and respectful of each pet’s individual routine and needs. During every visit, I’ll follow your instructions carefully, make sure your pet is safe and comfortable, and provide a calm and positive environment. About: I have been working with pets in my neighborhood since I was in 7th grade and have gradually gotten more involved and invested as years went on. I volunteer with lucky dog animal rescue as well as different local shelters in my area! I have a passion for animals, especially spicy dogs and shy/anti social cats!! I am currently at home working on rehabilitation with my sister and family after she had a large medical procedure. I have a lot of free time within her schedule and am excited to add in some furry friends! Trust and safety are always important. Communication is very important within both sides. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats for years and have taken care puppies and kitties as well as senior pets. I am happy to walk or metro in the DMV area. I work late night/early morning shifts so I am able to do morning, afternoon, and evening checks. My schedule is also pretty flexible but 1 week notice to fully schedule the visit in my calendar is preferred. I don’t have a vehicle but I am completely open to taking buses or the metro to your home. I’m happy to stay in your home if you need me too. If any medication or diets are needed for them, I will follow instructions and communicate any updates as much as needed.
