About: For as long as I can remember, my family has had pets. I've had the opportunity to love and care for many wonderful animals over the years including geckoes, cats, and dogs, including my current darling cat Artemis. I live in downtown Silver Spring, MD, right by the metro station, so I can get around very easily. I'm used to caring for animals both big dogs and those who require a gentle touch, and I make sure to look after their safety and happiness. I also have experience caring for older dogs, and I am happy to tailor my care to their needs. When caring for others' pets, I make sure to provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins. My goal as a sitter is simple: to give you peace of mind and to provide your pet with safety, care, and love while they wait to see their favorite people in the world once again. I am currently in-between positions, and so have a large degree of availability for taking care of your pets. I have availability any day of the week at this time. My home is a small, 1 bedroom apartment, but the building borders a small park area which itself contains a dog park for walking needs.

About: I love dogs. All sizes but I have a soft spot for small dogs. I'm the type that like to do long walks and go to doggie parks. Im currently working full time but I know some people work late nights and their puppies need some loving and affection while they are gone. Im that person to give it. Im free from 5:30 to 9pm. Monday through Friday and 10am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday I know how hard it is to trust someone with your baby (I see all pets as babies) so I take this responsibility very serious. I want you to know how caring and responsible and understanding of the importance of taking care of your puppy. I have some puppy toys and a crate for certain times of the day. Doggy parks are a must as well. Plus im very energetic and love playing

About: I have taken care of a range of dogs and cats over many years. Previously I have given long walks on trails, short walks around the neighborhood, managed medication during meals, and looked after multiple pets in a household. I also used to have a Labrador of my own. I can currently care for dogs and cats basically all day and everyday, so I can fit into whatever your usual or desired schedule for your pet is. My care often varies as different pets tend to need different needs such as tiring out a high energy dog or keeping calm but attentive to anxious pets. I am neat and desire to keep any space I enter as clean as possible.

About: I've been caring for dogs since I was 6 years old and have always had a love for animals. I currently have a Border Collie, and I've helped train him to follow basic commands like sitting. I regularly walk, feed, bathe, and care for him, which has given me hands-on experience with daily pet care and routines. Since moving to Maryland, I've also gained experience cat sitting for both small and large cats. I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. Whether it's going for a walk, playtime, feeding, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet like they're part of my own family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which allows me to help with feedings, walks, check-ins, or other pet care needs before and after work. On weekends, I have a much more flexible schedule and am generally available throughout the day for pet sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and extended care. I take off my shoes, follow any instructions provided, and make sure I leave the space the way I found it. About: I’m an experienced pet owner of cats, dogs, seniors pets, high medical need pets, and just needy in general pets. I am especially enthusiastic about dog walking, and am comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes (including large dogs). I have experiencing with medicating dogs and cats, and am comfortable with pets that need an extra close eye due to age or illness. I work from home and am available for daily walks, drop in visits, feeding, medicating, and giving lots of love and attention all day every day. About: I have 5 pets that I have taken care of my whole life, and I have taken care of a variety of cats and dogs for neighbors, friends, and family. Feeding, walking, playing, medicine, and bathing, I have done it all, and I love to do it! I just recently graduated college and moved back home for a gap year, so I have plenty of time to help out whenever needed! I love to be active, so walking and playing with your pet is a perfect fit! I have plenty of parks and green space around my area with places for dogs to run around safely with fountains for them to get water during hot days. If we will be out for longer periods of time I will bring a portable water bottle/bowl for dogs to stay healthy and hydrated as well. Caring for pets truly depends on each animals needs, so I am careful to tailor my service to exactly what they need. If they have more energy, then we can throw the ball around or play with their favorite toy! Or if they feel a bit more tired I can give them extra cuddles and love while they rest.

About: As someone who owns 2 cats and has grown up around 3 dogs, I understand that every pet has a unique personality and certain needs. I stick to the areas that you let me know is ok to access. I stay mindful and respectful of your home while focusing on your pet! About: I believe it is not only that I like dogs - I believe dogs like me. Dog walker out of Manor Park, NW DC I'm a lifelong dog person. I grew up with Labs and I have had dogs of my own throughout my life as an adult. I am an active person who is not shy about the weather. Rain, snow, and heat don't bother me, and your dog gets a proper walk regardless of the forecast. I come from the school of thought, "there is no bad weather, just bad gear choices." What you can expect: I'll arrive on time, follow your routine (leash, route, treats, any quirks), and send you a photo and short update after each walk. I also dabble in photography, so you'll get good pictures of your pup. Normally I travel with a bag of kibble to give the dogs a small treat at the end of our walk. The dogs really seem to enjoy the treats. I'm happy to do a free meet-and-greet first so your dog and I can get to know each other. Where I walk: Manor Park and nearby neighborhoods, with Rock Creek Park and local parks for longer walks. Midday weekday walks are my specialty, and I'm flexible on days and times. The walk destination usually depends on the location of the house that the dog lives. When in Silver Spring I normally migrate to the closest neighborhood park or Sligo Creek. It all depends on a combination of location and duration of the walk. About me: Just over a year as a professional dog walker on top of my spend with my dogs and the family dogs. I have experience walking dogs of all sizes. I'm active, outdoorsy, and reliable, and I treat every dog's walk like it's my own. Currently working part time.
