After our meet and greet, I knew Tim, his wife and pup Mindy would be a good fit for Izzy. They did a great job communicating with us. From the updates, photos and video, we could tell that Izzy was well cared for and treated like one of their own beloved dogs. We really appreciated the pup pick-up & drop off option at our house and the safe dog seat they had. Highly recommend!
I was away on a long trip and anxious about being away from Charlie for such a long time. Stephen cared for Charlie like he was part of his family. I received daily updates about Charlie's activities, and the photos gave me peace of mind that Charlie was having a great time and being treated like a king. Charlie also has a medical condition, and Stephen was diligent about administering medications and monitoring Charlie. I highly recommend Stephen to care for your pup when you need to travel. 5/5 stars!
10/10! Boozy loved it, and she sent me lots of pictures and updates throughout his stay. As soon as I dropped him off, I knew he was in an amazing environment because everyone in the house started playing with him right away. Boozy also loved her dog! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
I use Pallavi and Alex all the time to board my dog, Oreo. But this time was exceptional. We had a sudden family emergency and I scheduled with them last minute - scheduled at 11am and dropped off at 1pm. It was all very rushed - I forgot the dog bed. Within 24 hrs, the family emergency became a death and I was going to be gone not for the 3 days I had planned but for 10. I contacted them, and it was no problem to extend Oreo's stay. Not only that, I had not left enough food, but of course they wouldn't let Oreo go hungry. I was able to deal with my family's situation knowing my pup was well taken care of and I really appreciated it. Thank you Pallavi and Alex for everything!
Angela and family took great care of our dog, including giving him medicine for a sudden stomach problem. This allowed us to enjoy a long-awaited vacation. And when we picked our dog up, he was doing so much better. They have a great yard for dogs who like to play and run! Highly recommend!
Aleyda took great care of our dog Ty - he came home content and happy and well exercised. Aleyda was extremely communicative - we received multiple pictures and texts each day. You can tell that she really loves dogs, gets to know them individually and cares about them. I would highly recommend her and will ask her to sit for Ty again anytime.
This was Penny’s second stay with River, and we could tell that Penny was sad to leave when we picked her up! Penny and River’s dog Lagoona got along so well, and it was such a delight to receive pictures of the two of them. We feel so at ease leaving Penny with River :)
Galen was able to squeeze our dog, Bo, in for a last-minute overnight stay. As usual her care of Bo was exceptional. He has turned into a very picky eater, but she patiently performed her magic and got him to eat!! We know he is not visiting a dogsitter but rather his second home!
