Your Dog's Home Away from Home
My husband and I both grew up with dogs and are well-experienced dog owners. My husband, especially, has owned dogs of all different breeds, to include champion Russian Wolfhounds (his mom used to show dogs!). We have 3 young kids at the moment, all who love to pet and care for animals, espeically dogs, and will show them so much love and affection! We are responsible and will make sure pets are well taken care of and dogs are walked, fed and have a safe house to live in while they are away from their owners.

Stephanie is a loving and compassionate person that treats new friends--whether 2 legged or 4 legged--like family. She is responsible, attentive, and considerate. There is no one I could recommend more highly.
Stephanie is a caring, attentive pet sitter. She took care of our rabbits, feeding them, changing out their litter, and ensuring that they had all the things they need. She spent some quality time with them too, even though it took them a while to warm up to her.

Schedule
My husband works from home full-time, and I currently work part-time, so there is always someone at home to watch over your pet and take them for walks when needed. We may have to step out for a couple hours in the evening to take kids to activities, but we are always home by bedtime/well before bedtime.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard, and can crate the dog if needed. However, if your dog is comfortable, they can also sleep on a dog bed in our kids' room, our room, or really wherever they choose in the house. For dog walking services, both my husband and I will make sure we enter the house as instructed and lock the door when we leave. We both like to run, so are also happy to take your dog on a run if they have the energy!
A typical day
Go for long walks/runs in the neighborhood, play ball, fetch, tug of war, get lots of pets and love, go on hikes (if there is time!).

- Our preference is for breeds that are friendly and good with young kids. Energetic is ok, but because of our younger kids, dogs that are anxious and nervous would probably not be a good fit at this time.
