“Josh and Andres took excellent care of my little guy over a longer vacation of nearly two weeks. They provided excellent communication and pictures of him throughout the boarding period. He needed his heartworm medication administered while I was away and they made sure to let me know that they gave it to him on the requested day. He doesn't like the heartworm pill and will refuse to eat it, so you need to cut into little shavings and hide it into a wet food pate for him to take it. Josh and Andres followed direction to a "T" and were able get him to take his entire pill this way. I highly recommend Josh and Andres and feel more at peace knowing that I have trusted boarders who can take care of my little guy when I am out of town. Thank you, Josh and Andres!”

After our meet and greet, I knew Tim, his wife and pup Mindy would be a good fit for Izzy. They did a great job communicating with us. From the updates, photos and video, we could tell that Izzy was well cared for and treated like one of their own beloved dogs. We really appreciated the pup pick-up & drop off option at our house and the safe dog seat they had. Highly recommend!
I was away on a long trip and anxious about being away from Charlie for such a long time. Stephen cared for Charlie like he was part of his family. I received daily updates about Charlie's activities, and the photos gave me peace of mind that Charlie was having a great time and being treated like a king. Charlie also has a medical condition, and Stephen was diligent about administering medications and monitoring Charlie. I highly recommend Stephen to care for your pup when you need to travel. 5/5 stars!
I use Pallavi and Alex all the time to board my dog, Oreo. But this time was exceptional. We had a sudden family emergency and I scheduled with them last minute - scheduled at 11am and dropped off at 1pm. It was all very rushed - I forgot the dog bed. Within 24 hrs, the family emergency became a death and I was going to be gone not for the 3 days I had planned but for 10. I contacted them, and it was no problem to extend Oreo's stay. Not only that, I had not left enough food, but of course they wouldn't let Oreo go hungry. I was able to deal with my family's situation knowing my pup was well taken care of and I really appreciated it. Thank you Pallavi and Alex for everything!
Angela and family took great care of our dog, including giving him medicine for a sudden stomach problem. This allowed us to enjoy a long-awaited vacation. And when we picked our dog up, he was doing so much better. They have a great yard for dogs who like to play and run! Highly recommend!
Michael took such good care of my German Shepherd/Husky mix, Kota! Not only did he follow the instructions I gave for commands and feeding/cleaning, but he went over the moon to make sure I knew Kota felt safe. I received regular updates, whether they were videos or pictures! Kota also got to meet other dogs and cats, which Michael facilitated extremely well. This was such a wonderful little staycation for my big dog. 10/10 recommend!
