Galen continues to provide the absolute best care for our dog Bo. He stayed the weekend and I think he was a little sad to leave what is fast becoming his second home! I couldn’t ask for better care I highly recommend Galen and the care she consistently provides.
Galen provided a warm, welcoming home-away-from home environment for our dog Bo. She took excellent care of him. He had a great time overnight stay. I highly recommend her!!!
Galen is great, this was our second stay with her. Our dog ripped his dew claw the night before and had to take antibiotics and have a little extra attention to make sure the nail didn’t bother him. She was very accommodating and is a great communicator. Highly recommend Galen and would be glad to have our pup stay with her again.

This was our first time staying at Galen’s and it went great. Galen was very warm and friendly and easy to communicate with, she sent pictures and updates each day. Our dog was happy and healthy and we’d absolutely send him back to hang with Ginger and the family again.

Schedule
I am home all day most days and have a sweet golden retriever who gets fed twice a day. During warmer months we take one long hike in the woods in the morning. I can let the dogs in the fenced backyard to do their business regularly. Daily brushing and monthly baths are a must: I have found the perfect deskunk formula for extra stinky dogs.

I have a fenced yard and a very submissive dog who is non-reactive to other animals and would be the perfect companion to keep your pet company. I would prefer to host dogs who walk well on leash with other dogs.

A typical day
I live near a shady/wooded area where we take a long hike to start the day. We are mostly going to chill in the house and will go out in the backyard for potty breaks and a game of chase or fetch if it is nice out.
