“Delaney was fantastic. Our cat has asthma and needs and inhaler and a pill twice a day for treatment. He also needs his food set in a timed feeder twice a day so he does not eat too quickly and on top of that he always wants some play time. Delaney did a fantastic job of meeting all his needs while we were gone so he could remain comfortably in his own home. Delaney clearly took care of our pet as if it was her own. I would highly recommend her services.”

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for the past five years. I am comfortable with dogs of any size. I have experience working with cats & dogs of all ages and am comfortable giving them medications. I volunteer with Lucky Dogs currently as a dog handler at events. Additionally, I volunteered for the Williamson County Animal Shelter through high school and undergrad, walking dogs as well as socializing and providing enrichment for cats. I have ample experience with stray/spicy kitties! I currently have a very flexible hybrid job and attend night university classes three days a week. Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends are my most open days of the week. I am pretty flexible and want your dog or cat to be as comfortable as possible :). If I am not staying at the home, I can stop by a minimum of three times a day. Once between 8am to 9am, once between 12pm and 1pm, and once after 4pm (can vary times as needed). During the evenings, I can stay longer to allow your pet(s) more playtime and/or be taken for a walk. My schedule is pretty flexible! *CONSTANT CARE POLICY FOR HOUSESITTING MORE THAN 24 HOURS* *this policy does not apply to drop-ins or housesitting for less than 24 hours* *constant care is a premium service and will not apply to all bookings* If your pet has a medical or non-medical reason(s) for which they require constant care, the sitter maintains the right to modify the house-sitting request rate to reflect the change in care up to an additional $50 per night per animal requiring constant care. Additional pets that do not require constant care will reflect the normal Additional Pet rate (found in services tab). Constant Care is a premium service designed for pets that cannot be left alone for medical or non-medical reasons. This includes animals who have accidents overnight or if the sitter leaves for more than 5 hours for the duration of the booking dates. Services include but are not limited to oral medication administration, assisted movement, assisted feedings, comfort, and companionship needs. Other requirements can be discussed before confirming/payment is made. I currently have a very flexible hybrid job and take night classes three times a week. I can customize and work with whatever your pet's needs may be! In the client's home, I am happy to do whatever your pet needs to keep with their routine! I am also an avid crocheter, so if your pet loves a snuggle buddy or someone in the house to hang out with, I am more than happy to be that!
“Larquana was great with our 2 cats! She played with them and even our scaredy let her pet him. She was consistent with photos, updates, and general communication. Much appreciated!”

About: I bring over a decade of pet-care expertise through professional service, shelter volunteering, family pet sitting, and caring for my own! Rest assured and plan that trip—your furry friends are in capable hands. I work remotely and have already completed services while managing my main gig. My lifestyle affords me the flexibility to care for my own dogs well, and while I’m a way from my family, I’m able to care for your dogs and cats just as well. :) Whether your dog or cat needs regular medicine, crating, command routines, special attention during walks, or caring avoiding of triggers or environmental factors; I’ve done it all and cared for various breeds of different sizes, personalities, disabilities, and needs—and in different styles of homes too. I’m a chameleon caregiver who can adjust to whatever you and your little loved ones require. Just let me know and I’ve got your back.

“Juna continues to take fantastic care of my hound mix! My dog is always happy to see Juna, and I can tell from her consistent communication and her lovely walking/drop-in photos that my dog continues to enjoy Juna's care and company throughout each booking. Juna has proven to be capable and resourceful throughout all of her visits with my dog, and I'm confident she would be the same with yours, too!”

“We couldn't be happier with the professional and reliable care from Molly. She quickly connected with our massive, 130 pound dog Zeka, and made sure he received the exercise and mid-day bathroom break that he needed. Molly is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend her.”

About: I'm a full-time professional with fairly flexible work hours. I have two dogs, a happy, healthy 12 yr old Plott-hound mix, Ollie, and a happy, energetic and loving 2 yr old husky-shepherd mix, Bella., I've watched and cared for dozens of other dogs (friends, family, etc.) over the last 15 years and am generally known as a bit of a 'dog whisperer'. I absolutely love dogs and look forward to taking exceptional care of your pet when you need to leave them in somebody else's care. Ollie, Bella, and I walk for ~4 miles every day around the neighborhood, go to dog friendly parks/fields in my neighborhood, and walks in the woods where they can run off leash. As highlighted in the pictures, Ollie and Bella readily get along with a wide variety of dogs as a walking buddy, a sleeping buddy, or a running-around-a-field buddy. If you leave your dog with us, your dog will have new canine friends, get lots of fun neighborhood walks, and have friends to cuddle up with on the couch / in their dog bed after a long-day of walking, eating, and sleeping :). I typically do two long walks each day (one between ~7-9 AM, the other sometime between 5-7 PM). Will also do a short mid-day walk and/or a short pre-bedtime walk as needed! While Ollie and Bella were crate trained as puppies, at this point they roams freely throughout the house. That said, I'm happy to host crate-trained dogs, and more than comfortable allowing your (trained!) dog to roam free throughout my home much like my pups.

About: “Lifetime pet lover with experience caring for my own dog and my current cat. Excited to provide loving and reliable care for your furry friends!” “My schedule is flexible right now, so I’m available pretty much anytime to care for your pet! Morning, afternoon, or evening—I’ll be there whenever you need! I provide a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for pets, trying to ensure they feel at ease with gentle care, attention, and plenty of affection.
“Joelle and Andrew were excellent. They communicated promptly, were flexible and reliable, and handled a very difficult senior cat calmly and professionally. They followed detailed instructions, sent photos and updates on each Rover card, and stayed composed and friendly when our cat was being a jerk. We felt completely confident leaving her in their care and we will definitely rebook them again. Highly recommend these folks!”

“Had another wonderful experience with Allison! She's incredibly reliable, communicative, and is so sweet with my cat. So nice getting all her reports and photos of him while I'm away - and it's clear that he's in great hands with Allison if I'm out of town!”

About: I love my cat more than anything in the world. She is my purest motivation to keep going and the best part is that she would never know. Thats the amazing thing about having pets, is that they don’t have a clue as to why you love them so much but they’re happy you do it anyways. What sets me apart from other sitters is that not only am I extremely reliable and trustworthy with both houses and pets, I listen thoroughly to all the needs. I make sure you know how safe your environment is with me so you are able to leave every single last worry at your front door. I know how nerve wracking it is to leave your trust in someone else's hands, so let me give you some of mine. I trust you to make a great decision for your home and your pets. I am currently working part time at Warby Parker. My day normally ends at 6pm but almost never later. My work schedule is extremely predictable and my environment is very accommodating so I am able to spend off days fully focused on your pets. As well as be able to provide you with a solid and consistent schedule for your needs. I am very thorough and Id like to think I am thoughtful to provide any sort of assistance when it comes to taking care of your house and fur babies. I make sure I build a routine that will help me diligently complete any tasks. I love to do drop in visits before and after work, and I will happily accommodate extra time to spend with them.

“I will be having Steve take care of my girls whenever I can. Steve has a deep love for animals and my girls immediately took to him. It was so heartwarming during the meet and greet. And today, I know they are loved and cared for💗 I got adorable pictures and the best update about their time together. I am so grateful 🥹💗”

“Mia did great taking care of my shy cats for a week and even got one to come say hi to her every day! She followed every instruction and even picked up some neighbor’s packages for me. Will definitely book again.”

“Kaylynn was very observant and attentive to my Buddy’s needs. Greatly appreciated her going the extra step to ensure he was well taken care of and kept my mind at ease knowing he was in good hands Highly recommend and will use in the future. Thank you Kaylynn!”

“Erin was great with Pepper! She was prompt so Pepper could stay on schedule, asked clarifying when something was unclear, sent us updates! Overall, it’s clear Pepper loves Erin and Erin loves Pepper!”

“Kristopher did an amazing job with my two kitties over Christmas, including administering meds to one of them. He spent time just sitting with them every day and sent tons of cute photos. I was able to enjoy my time away without worrying about my pets and would absolutely book him again to watch them!”

Takoma Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Avery is excellent! Not only does she let my puppy out and play with her during the day but she’s extremely responsive and attentive. Definitely the perfect person if you want someone your dog with LOVE and give you peace of mind to know they are taken care of

We had a great experience with Neika as our dog sitter! She was always prompt and reliable with every appointment, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Her communication was stellar—she kept us updated consistently and made sure Daisy (Dog) was well cared for and comfortable the entire time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!
