so there’s a few things I had an issue with. He was almost 20 minutes late and didn’t even let me know He was running late until I reached out to ask where he was….Very unprofessional. He was on his phone damn near the whole time and barely even engaged/played with my puppy. And lastly, he had her on my couch. That’s something you should ask a pet owner if they are OK with. Communication overall pretty much sucked. I wouldn’t rehire again.

Thoughts on this review ? I booked Jonathan for 30-minute drop-ins for my three cats over one week, including administering medication in a Churu treat to one cat. We had a detailed meet-and-greet beforehand, and I also left written instructions for the essential care tasks. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the first visit, my cat's medication was missed despite instructions being left where promised, and Jonathan had to return later that day. I also found myself repeating many of the essential care instructions through the app despite having covered them during the meet-and-greet and in writing. When I returned home, my cats' main water dish was completely empty and the medication syringe was left out on the counter along with dried Churu. My biggest concern was that the single-use syringe, meant to be thrown out after each use with the meds, was used repeatedly despite leaving written instructions and enough unopened syringes for every day of care out. Because the syringe was intended for single use, we now have to discard the remaining medication and replace it. My cats were okay, but I would not book again.
