About: I am a huge dog lover and enjoy walking and playing with dogs in the neighborhood. I have two dogs of my own and enjoy their company. I'm currently working part time and can work with your schedule for dog sitting, walking and more. I just recently graduated college last year and I am looking for work. I am able to take care of trained small and medium sized dogs in my family home, where I have a fenced in backyard, neighborhood for walking and a dog friendly space. My own pup is a cavapoo and very friendly.

About: I grew up with Rottweilers and started helping my dad care for our family dog from a young age, including as he got older. I also have a two-year-old dog of my own, so dogs have always been a big part of my life. Altogether, I have around six years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, and I’m comfortable with different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I recently moved from Sweden to Bethesda and currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m available on both weekdays and weekends, which gives me plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and giving your dog the attention they need. I’m happy to adapt to your dog’s normal routine, whether that means long walks and lots of exercise, shorter walks, playing with their favorite toys, or just keeping them company and giving them plenty of cuddles. I’ll always follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, routines, and house rules so your dog can feel as comfortable as possible. Most importantly, I genuinely love being around dogs. My wife always jokes that dogs seem to come say hello to me before they greet her. If there’s a dog at a party, that’s usually where you’ll find me! I recently moved to Bethesda from Sweden and have a very flexible schedule as I’m settling into my new life here. I’m available on both weekdays and weekends and can easily accommodate walks, drop-ins, and different routines throughout the day. I live in an apartment in Bethesda and have plenty of great areas nearby for both long and short walks. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always come first. I’m happy to follow your usual routine, feeding instructions, walking preferences, and any house rules you have. I’ll also make sure you receive regular updates so you know your dog is happy and well cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of family/friend’s dogs including miniature shnoodles, pitbulls, an elderly Weimaraner, Labs, and Bullmastiffs for weeks on end. I have a family shnoodle whom I miss while away at college but have primarily taken care of for the past 6 years. I have a full-time wfh job and graduate school 2-3 evenings a week. I am extremely flexible as to when my availability is during the day as long as I have 1-2 days notice. I have experience with all kinds of harnesses and leashes for dogs. About: I’ve loved animals all my life and have had many pets including dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and lizards. Currently I have 2 cats and a lizard, but always happy to get some extra love from some new furry friends I am a teacher so I am almost always available on weekends and I get out from work early enough for late afternoon and evening pops in during the week I have a lot of pet care experience, with different animals. About: Four years ago I adopted a corgi named Pippin. When I got him, I did not know his history or what environment he was raised in. He came to me incredibly reactive to other dogs, but over time I was able to train him to handle encounters in a safe manner. For the next few years he will be living with my wife while she attends grad school. I would love to care for your dog until my little guy comes back home. I will provide personalized and attentive care to your pup the way I would for my own Pippin. I work an M-F office job that is 10 minutes from my apartment. My evenings and weekends are completely free, but my job still allows me to come home midday to check on your pup if you need any weekday care. My apartment is incredibly pet friendly. My own dog is living with my wife while she attends grad school so I will be able to provide all the care and attention your dog deserves. My apartment is located near a variety of parks and trails, so they will get some wonderful exercise.
About: I have had at least 1 pet in my household at all times and started pet sitting as a job at 13! I love all animals and have pet experience for many different kinds of pets ( dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, birds, etc.) I am now a division 1 student athlete at american university and do this in my free time for extra income! Highly recommend! Quantairra was flexible with my last-minute booking and provided updates after each visit. My scaredy cat, who normally hides under my bed whenever new people come over, actually came out on the first day, let Quantairra pet her and engaged in some playtime. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
