About: I've taken care of animals my whole life and, more recently, I was a dog sitter for a very rambunctious puppy for several months. I also cared for my late dog well into her teens, so I am very comfortable looking after elderly animals. Oh, and I'm not just a dog person! I routinely look after my sister's cat. I work part-time, often during odd hours in the evenings, so I have plenty of availability during regular 9-to-5 hours! I also have a very flexible schedule and can usually work something out. Every animal is different! Providing care to an animal will look very different depending on the animal's age, health, or personality/temperament. I'm always happy to accomdate!

I am in the office two days a week, Tuesdays and a flex day. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! **I cannot accept pets that get into plants as I have a few not pet safe plants at home** **For house sitting you must be ok with my dog Buddy coming with me and staying at your house as well.** I work from home 3 days a week and am home most weekends! I too Iove middle of the day walks and all day hangs! I am in a pet friendly building that is super close to Rock Creek for longer walks. My home is child free, and smoke free. I do have a senior beagle mix I adopted from a family member who could not bring him with for an overseas move who is a full time pet at the home.

About: As a child, I grew up in a household with multiple dogs around at all times. I have cared for and trained dogs of all sizes. My fiance and I would love to be around more dogs as we aren’t able to have one of our own yet! We only have experience with dogs at this time but we welcome cats as well! My boyfriend and I work from home during the week and are generally available to care on Friday and the weekend! We don’t have children so our schedules are very flexible. We are very attentive, affectionate, and responsive to the needs of our pets. We make sure to go on frequent walks and adventures around the park to remain an active and fun place for pets!

“My dog can be fear reactive when meeting new people but this was not the case at our meet and greet with Joann - Hazel was very comfortable with her, and even put her paws on Joann in a manner that suggested to me she really liked her. When I dropped her off for day care I watched as Hazel sidled over to her and stayed calmly at her side as I departed. Joann’s home is spacious and clean, and her fenced in backyard is a great feature. Hazel seemed to truly enjoy her time with Joann and we will certainly return for future care needs.”

I couldn’t be happier with Adi & Pat’s care for Louie! They communicate well and clearly, they asked good questions to make sure they’d cover all the bases for Louie’s care, and provided regular updates and photos, which were greatly appreciated. Louie came home happy and relaxed after his stay and knowing he had a comfortable time is great peace of mind. I highly recommend Ayah! She is super communicative and cares so much about Louie. They went on long walks and played in the dog park. Ayah is very flexible with drop off and pick up times, and kept me updated throughout the day on how Louie was doing. Louie can’t wait to go back soon!
Gregory is so wonderful with Evie! We’ve used him multiple times and, honestly, it brings me so much joy and ease to know they take care of Evie like their own. They play with her, challenge her, cuddle with her, and she looks forward to going every time! She loves their dogs and they’re all like little besties now. We as Valerie's owners added a complicated wrinkle -- I am traveling and have the Rover.com account, and my daughters were on the ground doing the drop off and pick up. Ana did not blink an eye over our logisitcal wrinkle. She was so easy to work with.
