Hi, I’m Ken! I’ve been dog sitting intermittently throughout my life for friends and neighbors here in DC. I’ve lived in several pet-friendly group houses, so animals have always been a big part of my adult life. Now that my home is pet-free, I really miss having dogs around, which is what inspired me to start sitting. I understand how important it is to create a safe, enriching, and loving environment for pets. I treat every dog like family and pride myself on being attentive and responsive to their needs. Because I work from home full-time, I’m able to provide frequent walks, plenty of attention, and lots of love and care. I’m very active and enjoy long walks around the neighborhood and at Meridian Hill Park. In my free time, I run and bike through Rock Creek Park. If your dog is trained to run, they’re more than welcome to join!
