“Tabatha took absolutely amazing care of our timid dog Beetle. It was Beetle’s first time coming for daycare and, though Beetle was nervous, Tabatha did a great job building a relationship at Beetle’s pace. She was patient and caring with Beetle and provided us lots of photos and updates detailing Beetle’s day and mood. Would 100% recommend!!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets all my life! I helped raise and take care of a Golden Retriever for 14 years in my childhood home until she passed away. Right know I have 3 elderly dogs who are my BFF's. I can't imagine my life without a furry friend. Also I've helped watch family and friends dogs since a young age. I love dogs of any kind and will love yours like my own! I’m currently working close to home with very flexible hours. I can work with your schedule to find the right time to care for your pets! I will approach your pet in a calm and slow manner until they feel comfortable with me. I have a fenced yard. My neighborhood is great for walks. Also depending on your preference with dog park/ walks, I typically take dogs for a 30 min walk (of course each dog is different in taking their time I fully respect that). If your dog is comfortable at the dog park, I’d love to take them there as well! My dog park is 20 minutes away (walking).I can accomodate dogs in crates or dogs that sleep on dog beds. In case of an emergency, I will always contact you first and take your pet to your preferred vet. I have a jeep which your dog will feel really comfortable in, so I am able to get your pet to whichever vet quickly!
“Rita was absolutely amazing with my dog, Natalie! Natalie can be reactive and typically needs time to adjust to new environments and people, but Rita went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable and supported. She took the time to really understand Natalie’s needs, triggers, and what makes her happy, which made such a difference. I really appreciated the regular photo updates and how communicative she was throughout—checking in, asking thoughtful questions, and keeping me reassured the entire time. It’s clear Rita genuinely cares and puts in the extra effort, and because of that, Natalie had a great experience. I’m so grateful and would absolutely book with her again. Thank you, Rita!”
About: As a couple who shares a home and a deep love for animals, Devin and Precious bring a unique and heartfelt set of skills to pet sitting that truly sets us apart. Having both been raised around dogs from a young age and actively raising dogs together, we bring a lifetime of hands-on experience to every pet we care for. Beyond dogs, we also have experience with reptiles, making us comfortable and confident with a wide variety of animals. Living together means your pet is never left alone — they become a part of our home and our routine, receiving around-the-clock attention, love, and care. We are natural animal lovers and whisperers, which allows us to quickly build genuine connections with your furry friend and tune into their individual needs. One of the core philosophies we live by is positive reinforcement training through treats and healthy diets. This approach builds trust between pets and their owners, encourages great behavior, and supports overall health and wellness. Having experienced the heartbreak of losing our own beloved pups, we understand just how precious these animals are to you. That love and loss is exactly what drives us to show up for other pet owners and give their babies the attentive, compassionate care they deserve. Whether your household includes rambunctious puppies or beloved senior pets, we are fully equipped to provide expert, personalized care tailored to their unique needs. You can rest easy knowing your pet is in the most loving hands. Pet care is not just a job for us — it’s a passion. As a couple who both work remotely full-time, we have the flexibility throughout the day to give your pet consistent attention, walks, feeding, and playtime without disruption to their routine. On weekends, we like to spend time outdoors going for walks and exploring new areas. This means we are more than happy to take your pet along with us and give them the exercise and socialization they need. You can trust that your pet's care is always a top priority for us, and we will make sure to provide the attention and love they need to thrive. Whether we are caring for pets in our home or yours, their safety and comfort are always our top priority. Our home is pet-friendly, and we treat every animal as if they were our own. In our home, we live in a spacious 3- story apartment that is very pet-friendly. Your furry friend will have plenty of room to roam around and play, and we will make sure they feel right at home with lots of love and attention. We are also located near multiple parks, so your pet will have plenty of opportunities to get outside and enjoy some fresh air and exercise.
About: My best friend is my deaf dog, Timmy (I have human friends too, but they're less obedient). We didn't know that he was deaf when we adopted him, so he doesn't know his name. He is four years old, and very well-trained. He loves having doggy friends, just like me. Before Timmy, I also raised two voluptuous guinea pigs named Swiss and Muenster (like the cheese) in addition to caring for recreational therapy guinea pigs who live at the National Institutes of Health. I promise that your best buddies will be in good hands with me no matter what service you choose. I can also guarantee that your favorite furry friends will be thoroughly exercised before they are returned back home to you. I am in my junior year of college at the University of Maryland College Park, so I have extra free time on certain days to walk dogs and provide doggy day care :) In my home, I am always sure to have the dogs go outside regularly, with at least two walks during doggy daycare. I provide plenty of water and will provide any food or treats that you might bring for them. I will give them lots of love and playtime as well :)

“Josefa was wonderful with our dog Toby (mini schnauzer, 8 yrs old, 30 lbs) when she looked after him for the day. She was so warm, welcoming, communicative, and made sure that Toby was comfortable while in her care. Toby was super relaxed when we picked him up, which is a great sign. We're so glad to have found Josefa and will absolutely reach out again for doggy day care. Highly recommended! :)”

“Thank you for taking care of our baby! Nicole was great - patient with Ethel, who was a little anxious. If we are ever looking for a sitter near DC again, we will absolutely reach out again!”

About: I’ve always loved dog sitting, ever since I was a little kid and would dog sit for all my neighbors. I had a dog, but he had left us and I miss him very much. I love the companionship and am always excited to spend time with new friends! I currently only work once a week, and do school from home, so I have all the time needed to play with and take care of your pet! I have a fenced in courtyard with grass and plenty of space, and friends/family who love to come visit and will give your pet plenty of attention. There is nothing I like more than spending time with a dog!

Murray and Monty had another wonderful day at “Uncle Jeff and Dan’s” house! It’s only been a few times we’ve left them and they already can’t wait to go! It has been an amazing experience finding them, because we know they’re safe, happy and well cared for and we never have to worry. Thanks again for everything.

Pamela is such a delight! She was accommodating for my last minute request and sent me lovely updates throughout the day. I knew Nyla was well taken care of because she was so happy when I collected her in the evening. I definitely recommend Pamela, and Nyla will be back.
