We hate leaving our Lucy alone for a few days but it was a great comfort to know she was taken such great care of by Maria while my daughter had to go out of town. About: I've loved animals my whole life, back to the days of summer camp at the National Zoo. I've walked many different dogs through watching friends' and neighbors' pets and volunteering at local animal shelters. I'm also a cat lover who has had cats in the house my whole life, and I even have some experience with pet fish! Animals of all sizes and personalities will be well-loved when spending time with me. :) Added bonus: I'm an excellent pet photographer, so I promise I'll get your furry friend's best side! I'm on summer break from school starting June 19, 2026, so I'll be available most days (including daytime, evenings, and weekends) unless I'm traveling! Before then, I'm available evenings and weekends. My priority is making sure your pet is safe and feels safe with me. I will always ensure your animal has food and water, bathroom access, and protection from other animals. I'm happy to accommodate any pet-specific concerns, too -- I have lots of experience with reactive dogs and will discuss your pet's needs before I spend time with them. About: I have taken care of animals since I was a child. I got my first dog at age 7 and was always helping take care of him. I have helped taken care of animals for my friends and family as well as neighbors when they are away. All ages and all sizes and all kinds are accepted. I love animals and will always make sure your furry friend is taken care of! I am caring for animals part time. I am available weekends full day and night if needed. I can do evenings during the week if needed after 4pm. I have a fenced in yard and a fur baby to keep yours company. Her name is Stella and she is super friendly. I have a crate if needed to use. About: Hi! I love all animals and pets! I primarily have experience caring for cats, dogs, fish, bunnies, birds, hamsters, hermit crabs, and horses as those are the pets I have owned growing up and through adulthood. Most of my care experience has been either for my own pets or for family and friends—all with glowing recommendations! I know basic AFA (Animal First Aid), however, I am not yet certified. I am confident caring for animals of all ages, young through senior. I can provide care for animals that need medications and those with asthma. I would love to take care of your fur babies! I currently work as a nanny to this sweet girl. She’s school aged so I mostly just handle afterschool pickup and care. My schedule may change once school ends late June, however, this can be discussed. It will most likely stay within the hours of the afternoon. My hours currently are 2pm-6pm every weekday. I do not work on the weekends and with afternoon pickup I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your fur babies! I am confident caring for all animals in any space. I am great at following directions, anything you leave will be followed to ensure your fur baby is well taken care of. I always make sure they are well fed, well maintained, and loved while their human is away. Each animal is different and the type of care given depends on the individual pet. All pets will be loved and looked after as if they were my own.

Izcali was fantastic! Super responsive, easy to communicate with, and followed instructions to the T. Our furbaby looked happy every check in photo dump and seemed very happy and content when we got home. I can tell she got lots of love and attention while we were away. I will absolutely recommend Izcali to others and will rebook again.
Layla is AWESOME SAUCE!! My kitties are typically "anti-humam other than mommy", but one of my kitties actually made contact with her several times. Layla is very sweet, she's observant, she's thoughtful, she's polite, and she genuinely loves and cares for animals. I'm so happy I was able to find her to look after my babies while I was away. I wasn't worried one bit because I knew she was dropping in on them while I was gone, and she took very good care of them!
This is the second time Maria has looked over our cat Lucy for us for a few days and she was just as wonderful this time as she was the last time. She’s very caring and gives Lucy the love and attention she needs while she is home alone. We will for sure trust her again to take care of our Lucy when needed.
