Please let me know about your dog's special needs, behaviors, and interests in advance -the more that I know about your pet, the better I can care for them!

A typical day

I think it's key to provide both physical and mental stimulation with things like games, puzzle toys, and long sniffy walks. Depending on your dog's interests and preferences, we can engage in physical play as well as mental challenges and training activities.

Pet care experience

From my childhood days of caring for my beloved dogs Shadow and Mittens (and Charlie the cat) to my more recent role as dog foster for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and Laila's Legacy, I love caring for man's best friend. I am the guy at the party who would rather hang out with pets than people and in our circle of friends, I am the designated dog sitter and walker whenever the need arises.

Matt was amazing. He took care of my two dogs for a week over winter break and it was such a relief to know that they were in such caring and competent hands. He sent pictures everyday and provided updates on how everything was going. He was also incredibly gracious with requests from me while I was away. I would trust him to take care of my dogs again in a heartbeat!
