I currently have a flexible schedule and love puppies and dogs. I walk my dog, Joey every morning. Joey loves meeting new dogs and very friendly with cats too, however if you prefer one-on-one time that's okay too! I will take the lead of the owner's request.

I have a caring, pet-friendly environment. My priority is that all dogs feel safe. I always recommend doing meet & greet for boarding and doggy daycare to make sure our dogs are compatible and comfortable with each other. I'm very loving and warm. I see dogs and puppies like my children and give the most attention they deserve. Treats for tricks and working on leash training. Lots of pet rubs, snuggles and playing with the ball. Belly rubs and head pats are the best.

Let me know if your dog has special needs or routines. I will take the owner's lead and instruction. I look forward to meeting your pup! Before dropping your pup off with me, please make sure to bring all the essentials they will need during their stay including: food, treats, toys (I have plenty) bedding and their crate and bathe them beforehand. Guest dogs are allowed to roam freely while I’m home, the crate is only needed for when I need to leave the house for errands. I primarily stay at home during the days.

I love going to the dog park if it’s not too crowded or on nice long nature walks on the Rock Creek path. Playing with ropes and balls. Giving treats and special attention to each dog. Treats and potty breaks every 2-4 hours.

I’ve always loved dogs. They are a true best friend and loyal companion. I have a medium Beagle/AmStaff mix for the past 3 years, rescued her when she was a few weeks old. I have over 14 years experience — I have always been around dogs whether at friends and family homes. My pup Joey is super happy to have loving family and I want to help others when traveling or needing daytime care. I have a pretty flexible schedule and can drop in for some day time playtime. Or go for a walk around the neighborhood or dog park. I can administer medication and first aid for dogs. I’m great at training and listening skills for pups. I love playing and snuggling with furry friends. 🐶 ❤️
