I take care of dogs and other animals all day, everyday. They are my main focus. I only leave to run errands and make sure everyone is secure before I go. This is what I do, this is my passion.

I have several large fenced areas and a private or communal suites that are temperature controlled. These are all equipped with dog doors that lead out to HUGE fenced areas with gravel. If dogs are nervous or needing a different environment, we do anything we can do make for a calm environment. There is usually relaxing music playing and lots of people and other dogs around. This is all I do besides care for my 3 girls who are also involved with the dogs. Almost all of my attention goes to the dogs! I have several huge fenced play yards and will attach an apple AirTag if there is concern. We have the ability to provide small or large play groups or isolate as needed.

No breed preferences. I have experience with almost all breeds. I would like to know your pets triggers and what causes them anxiety and if they need to be kept alone or with friends. Are they dog or food aggressive? Let me know if I should keep them away from my kids or feed them a certain way. Medications? Please send proof of vaccines via picture before your booking.
A typical day
I am happy to bring your pups hiking or swimming or anything else they might have fun doing. We have a shallow stream at our house that we take walks to daily to let the pups splash and play. We have long playtimes in friendly groups out in large fenced fields.

I have an array of experience with all types of dogs, caged pets all the way to large exotic and domestic hoof stock. My family has a small farm with horses. We breed and show Miniature American Shepherds. I also have vet tech and grooming experience. Animals are my passion and I have been working with them professionally all of my life. I was age 10 when I started “working” for the local mom and pop pet shop in town. I took it all in over the years and everything I have ever done has been surrounded by animals. I have worked for a kennel/doggy day care and wanted to give people another option after seeing how anxious the animals get in a basic kennel setting. Dogs that visit go home tired and fulfilled. Lots of activities including walks to our stream, long playtimes in large fenced fields, swimming pools and toy sessions. I would love to treat your pets as my own!

Laura is simply the best! Pretty sure she runs doggy heaven. My two anxious & high energy dogs had the best time staying with her & came home relaxed & exhausted. This is the gold standard in dog boarding. Laura is going to be seeing a lot more of my dogs in the near future!
