“Mary went above and beyond for caring for my three cats. I had booked four visits for my cats. Unfortunately, there was a serious issue in my apartment building during that time. Residents and their pets needed to be evacuated. Mary ended up having to bring my cats to a boarding facility. She put them all in their crates, walked up and down eight flights of stairs in my building, put them in her car, drove them, and then admitted them to the chosen boarding facility. Through it all, Mary maintained constant communication and care regarding the well being of my cats. I would highly recommend Mary as a petsitter for your pets!! Ava is a GREAT sitter! She’s very communicative and attentive and went above and beyond for my pet. I’ve never had a sitter actually follow every one of my instructions, but Ava did! My flight even got delayed and Ava made sure to leave enough food for my pet to stay cared for. She provided pictures every day and even helped clean up a mess my pet made while I was absent. I would definitely book her again to care for my dog or cat, as she’s great with both animals.
