About: I’ve helped walk and play with dogs at a local dog shelter and also watch my friend’s dogs, including walking and sitting two dogs at a time. I work remote, Tuesday to Friday, and my job isn’t very busy so I have plenty of time on my hands to walk dogs anytime time during the weekdays. Weekends are also flexible too. When I care for dogs in my friend’s homes, they have fenced in backyards for them to run around in but I also walk them in the neighborhood and on trails.

About: I've been dog walking ever since 2020, starting with my sister's retriever mix, my neighbor's dogs of similar size (85 lbs), and a family friend’s corgi. I'm used to taking care of dogs with a lot of energy! I've been entrusted to take of care my sister's dog on my own for extended periods of time since then, spanning anywhere from a week to over two months. I am available mostly from 10 am - 4 pm on weekdays, barring any special circumstances. On weekends I am less flexible in the afternoons. I have a fenced in yard that is decently spacious with lots of slopes for dogs to run across. It's perfect for a game of fetch or just a case of the zoomies! While I do spend most of the day on my own, I can give enough attention to any dog that needs it because of my flexible schedule.

Ilana is great! She took care of our senior cat Fifi while we were away for a week and a half. It was a bit of a last minute request and Ilana was very accommodating. We felt very comfortable going out of town knowing Fifi was in Ilana’s care. She kept us updated the entire time, giving us peace of mind so that we could enjoy our time away. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be reaching out again next time we need someone to drop in on Fifi.
Jason is the absolute best. Not only did he take loving care of our kitties (and provide such cute pics), when I received an alert from DC water that there was water running at our house he went back to the house and turned off the valve to a running toilet.
Rachel was absolutely wonderful with our cats! She was reliable, caring, attentive, and kept us updated throughout our trip with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cares about them and made sure they were happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. We came home to three very content kitties! Ashley did a great job caring for our cats! The first time she came over to meet our girls, she asked really thoughtful questions about them and their routine. This told me she really cared about what she was doing and our cats were in good hands. She did a great job taking care of our kitty that gets medicine, and was able to adapt when our girl wasn't being super cooperative. We always got lots of cute pictures, and great updates on their Rover cards that made us less homesick. I feel like I can look forward to more trips, knowing that Ashley did such a great job with our fur babies!
