She sent great updates and photos and communicated any concerns she had immediately. As always, Michael is a first class caregiver for our cats, and took care of both of them plus our plants while we were away with his usual superb abilities. He he was wonderful to our two cats while we were gone, and they clearly felt very comfortable with him. Every time he came to visit. Ashley did a great job caring for our cats! The first time she came over to meet our girls, she asked really thoughtful questions about them and their routine. This told me she really cared about what she was doing and our cats were in good hands. She did a great job taking care of our kitty that gets medicine, and was able to adapt when our girl wasn't being super cooperative. We always got lots of cute pictures, and great updates on their Rover cards that made us less homesick. I feel like I can look forward to more trips, knowing that Ashley did such a great job with our fur babies!
