About: Huge animal lover and dog owner! Ive taken care of dogs for 9-10 years, and collaborated with my parents on dog walking and dog/cat-sitting services through rover with a range of dogs from small puppies to large senior dogs. Ive worked with energized as well as special care animals and love to take pictures on walks! I am working from the end of June to end of July from 8am-12:30pm!! I typically walk dogs first thing in the morning and can do a late afternoon and evening walk as well. I am super flexible on weekends and am willing to work around you schedule. I am enthusiastic to collaborate with pet parents to communicate how to keep your pet safe and happy on walks, wether that means devising the best rouse to take or anything to look our for on the way. I am great at keeping dogs from eating mysterious items off the floor as well!

I work a hybrid 9-5 job, but I am remote on Mondays and Fridays, and my hours are very flexible, so most days I don't leave for the office until 9:30 or I come home early around 3:30! I love taking my dogs out on walks in the morning when it is nice and cool outside to avoid the heat, as well as letting them out to play with me in the backyard so that they can stretch their legs. I love to give them extra pets and treats as a small reward for their physical activities.

Ashley did a great job caring for our cats! The first time she came over to meet our girls, she asked really thoughtful questions about them and their routine. This told me she really cared about what she was doing and our cats were in good hands. She did a great job taking care of our kitty that gets medicine, and was able to adapt when our girl wasn't being super cooperative. We always got lots of cute pictures, and great updates on their Rover cards that made us less homesick. Her quick response to get him to the er vet and contact my emergency contacts was amazing. I was out of reach at the time due to timezone differences.
