“We are traveling through the states and stayed at Cherry Hill RV park in Maryland Cal and Kelly are only a 15 minute drive away and we dropped off our pup for daycare all five days while we went into the city to explore. Usually we have to drag him out of the truck with treats but upon arriving at their home each morning he couldn’t wait to get out. I wish we could take these two with us on our journey. “My dog can be fear reactive when meeting new people but this was not the case at our meet and greet with Joann - Hazel was very comfortable with her, and even put her paws on Joann in a manner that suggested to me she really liked her. When I dropped her off for day care I watched as Hazel sidled over to her and stayed calmly at her side as I departed. Joann’s home is spacious and clean, and her fenced in backyard is a great feature. Hazel seemed to truly enjoy her time with Joann and we will certainly return for future care needs.”

I love going on long walks and heading to the dog park when the weather is nice. I am here to help you care for your pet the best way possible. I'll always listen to special instructions and will show your pet the love and attention as if they were my own. I have a flexible schedule and am able to do "drop-in visits" and "rover now" walks during most week days when many walkers are unavailable. I am in the office two days a week, Tuesdays and a flex day. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! **I cannot accept pets that get into plants as I have a few not pet safe plants at home** **For house sitting you must be ok with my dog Buddy coming with me and staying at your house as well.** I work from home 3 days a week and am home most weekends! I too Iove middle of the day walks and all day hangs! I am in a pet friendly building that is super close to Rock Creek for longer walks. My home is child free, and smoke free. I do have a senior beagle mix I adopted from a family member who could not bring him with for an overseas move who is a full time pet at the home.

About: I’ve taken care of pets all my life! I helped raise and take care of a Golden Retriever for 14 years in my childhood home until she passed away. Right know I have 3 elderly dogs who are my BFF's. I can't imagine my life without a furry friend. Also I've helped watch family and friends dogs since a young age. I love dogs of any kind and will love yours like my own! I’m currently working close to home with very flexible hours. I can work with your schedule to find the right time to care for your pets! I will approach your pet in a calm and slow manner until they feel comfortable with me. I have a fenced yard. My neighborhood is great for walks. Also depending on your preference with dog park/ walks, I typically take dogs for a 30 min walk (of course each dog is different in taking their time I fully respect that). If your dog is comfortable at the dog park, I’d love to take them there as well! My dog park is 20 minutes away (walking).I can accomodate dogs in crates or dogs that sleep on dog beds. In case of an emergency, I will always contact you first and take your pet to your preferred vet. I have a jeep which your dog will feel really comfortable in, so I am able to get your pet to whichever vet quickly!
