About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. My wife and I moved to the Silver Spring area in 2024 for her job as a television producer and I am in the process of establishing myself in the DMV research community. Availability: Except in special cases, I am available for booking at any time of day, any day of the week. I am happy to provide everything from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays. About: I am an avid dog lover. I take care of dogs in my neighborhood - from Chihuahua size to 100 pounds or more. We enjoy long walks and meeting new pup friends! I even include baths if necessary. For some reason, my account won’t let me remove House Sitting - I have a dog of my own. Unless our dogs are introduced and get along, I cannot do overnights. However, I can do multiple let outs - including late at night and early in the morning. Cats are also lovely creatures and although they may not need walking, they get their share of love, too! All pets welcome with me! I have reliable transportation. I’m 31 years old with a college degree and a full time job. I don’t smoke and can walk more than one dog at a time. I work full time in the southern Maryland area, however I have break times and morning/evening availability! I’m not opposed to travel and multiple let outs. I can care for your pets at your home or mine! I do not have a fenced backyard, but I do multiple walks every single day.

They clearly took great care of him and made sure he got plenty of attention and love. When I picked him up, he was calm, content, and clearly had a great time.
