I currently work full time in DC, and am gone from 8am to 8pm most weekdays. Besides work, I'm a homebody and will mostly be found at home nights and weekends, which is when I can take care of your fur buddy.

I've had either cats or dogs as pets since I was in elementary school. Since my cat passed, I have watched dogs and cats for friends and family. I love giving pets and lots of love and am experienced in dealing with specific dietary needs of cats and dogs.

Shandra took amazing care of our Maine Coon, Louis over this past Thanksgiving! He greeted her for the first time like an old friend - meowed and ran right over excited to say hi and they’ve been friends ever since :) She made sure to give Louis lots of playtime, cuddles, and brushes for us while we were gone and we’re excited to have her back next time!
really great meeting shandra and she was really great with coming to see ziggy at the times for his dinner and even staying later some days. would definitely call her again!
