At the meet and greet, Hazel obviously liked Bryn (which is not always the case when meeting new people) so I knew we were off to a great start. Bryn has a calm personality and definitely is knowledgeable about dogs. She has a lovely home and a great fenced in backyard where the dogs can play. Her dog, Kepler, is very sweet. Bryn sent pictures and updates during Hazel's stay and reported that she did very well. She followed my instructions as far as giving Hazel her medications. “Alison is a wonderful dog sitter. She has a very pleasant demeanor and was instantly very comfortable with our dog. For our very first meet and greet, she took the time and trouble to come to our house, which we thought was an extra thoughtful and generous gesture. While we were away, we very much appreciated her numerous check-ins, which were a combination of texts describing the daily activities in question, and photos showing our boy smiling and happy, and obviously having fun. He developped an infection just before we dropped him off, and she never hesitated to take him anyway, and give him his required medication whilst in her care. There is no price for that kind of reassurance and peace of mind, when you have to leave and your puppy is sick. She is clearly an animal lover, will provide top notch care and genuine affection and attention toward your pet, and we would turn to her again and again, in the future.”

During Mimi's stay, she unfortunately became sick, and Sonia went above and beyond to make sure she received the best care possible. She kept us informed every step of the way, took Mimi to the veterinarian, carefully followed all of the vet's recommendations, and even prepared her special meals to help her recover. The best part is that Mimi absolutely adores both her and her daughter. It was obvious that Mimi was treated like part of their family, and that gave us so much comfort. We are beyond grateful for everything they did for Mimi, and without hesitation, we would trust them to care for her again. Ana provided for a quick and easy drop off. You could tell she was very experienced and confident in her dog sitting. I also loved that the dogs had their own private “suites” where they were separated to rest, but were still in the same room providing companionship and interaction. Will definitely use her again.
This is my second time using Eva and she was great as usual. Simone (my fur baby) loves going there and she loves her backyard. Eva kept me updated even as Simone experienced an upset tummy one of the days of her stay. She took great care of her and I appreciated that very much. Will definitely keep booking with Eva.
Galen provided our Bo with exceptional loving care for his extended stay with her. She did not hesitate to go above and beyond providing Bo with his special food and medicine. She is truly a gem, taking him for long walk and cuddles when they were back at her house. I know Bo looks forward to his next visit to her house as he knows it is his second home!
Adva & Steven were fantastic! They sent many pictures and updates while I was away. My dog is afraid of thunderstorms but they made sure he was comforted during the storm. Also, they were flexible with pick up time when my flight was delayed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, welcoming dog sitters.
As always, our pooch had a great time. We got lots of photo updates of all the fun he was having and Timothy made sure to keep an eye on the air quality and limit outdoor time when it was dangerous for sensitive lungs. We never worry when we go away and leave our dog with Timothy.
