At the meet and greet, Hazel obviously liked Bryn (which is not always the case when meeting new people) so I knew we were off to a great start. Bryn has a calm personality and definitely is knowledgeable about dogs. She has a lovely home and a great fenced in backyard where the dogs can play. Her dog, Kepler, is very sweet. Bryn sent pictures and updates during Hazel's stay and reported that she did very well. She followed my instructions as far as giving Hazel her medications. I'd happily recommend Bryn to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.”

“What a great experience having Diana watch Stevie.From the minute we met at a meet & greet in her home, I knew Stevie would be in caring, trustworthy hands. My dog is very anxious and is usually scared of new people but she warmed up to Diana as soon as she met her. You can tell that Diana loves dogs (her own pup is adorable) and treated Stevie like she was her own. Diana wanted to know all about my dog’s schedule, likes and dislikes and personality. She was responsive, communicative, and sent daily updates and pictures so I knew my dog was comfortable and having a wonderful time. I use Pallavi and Alex all the time to board my dog, Oreo. But this time was exceptional. We had a sudden family emergency and I scheduled with them last minute - scheduled at 11am and dropped off at 1pm. It was all very rushed - I forgot the dog bed. Within 24 hrs, the family emergency became a death and I was going to be gone not for the 3 days I had planned but for 10. I contacted them, and it was no problem to extend Oreo's stay. Not only that, I had not left enough food, but of course they wouldn't let Oreo go hungry. I was able to deal with my family's situation knowing my pup was well taken care of and I really appreciated it. Thank you Pallavi and Alex for everything!
Angela and family took great care of our dog, including giving him medicine for a sudden stomach problem. This allowed us to enjoy a long-awaited vacation. And when we picked our dog up, he was doing so much better. They have a great yard for dogs who like to play and run! Highly recommend!
Galen was able to squeeze our dog, Bo, in for a last-minute overnight stay. As usual her care of Bo was exceptional. He has turned into a very picky eater, but she patiently performed her magic and got him to eat!! We know he is not visiting a dogsitter but rather his second home!
Azucena was wonderful with my dog Willow. Before Willow boarded with her we set up a meet and greet where she asked very thoughtful and insightful questions to make sure she knew my pup's schedule, temperament, and needs. When Willow was with her, Azucena provided wonderful updates and pictures that made it clear that Willow was happy and well cared for.
Fiorela took care of our two large, energetic labrador retrievers for a long weekend. She doted on them and kept them plenty busy, with photos and updates every day. She even sent them home with some yummy homemade treats. We would definitely be happy to have her care for our pups again!
