He even took the time to learn and reinforce her Greek commands keeping her training sharp throughout the stay. From daily updates about their hiking/tennis court/garden adventures to their outing at the scenic Glenview Mansion in Rockville, it was clear Boukia wasn't just being looked after—she was truly loved and living her best life. When flight delays unexpectedly extended our trip by five days, Milad didn't hesitate for a second to accommodate us and keep Boukia safe and happy. Milad is a master caregiver and an incredible communicator. While many sitters use the phrase 'treated like family,' Milad actually sets the standard. The constant stream of video updates and the way he connected with Boukia gave us total peace of mind—it truly felt like our own love was surrounding her while we were away, and it feels as though that kind of care is exceptionally rare to find. Abigail is the best sitter we’ve ever had. Did pick up and drop off and took my kitty for an extra night. She played with my cat every day, and made special puzzles and treats for her. My cat usually takes a while to warm up, but was enjoying pets and cuddles with Abigail basically from the first day. I almost don’t want to leave such a positive review because I want to keep Abigail to myself!! 😄
My dogs were well cared for, and Natalia and Edward were very accommodating and flexible for meet & greet, scheduling drop off, and pickup. I appreciated the update photos of the dogs enjoying their company and cozying up on the sofa with their own pup as well. Stephanie was great. She took care of my two dogs, Moka and Zoe on a Saturday/Sunday so I could attend a wedding. Moka is around 5, requiring a medication 2x day and Zoe is definitely a senior dog. She sent me photos and they appeared to have had a good time. She was great a communication, and understanding when my flight was delayed and I arrived later than hoped. We'll happily use her again if circumstances allow.
Angela and family took great care of our dog, including giving him medicine for a sudden stomach problem. This allowed us to enjoy a long-awaited vacation. And when we picked our dog up, he was doing so much better. They have a great yard for dogs who like to play and run! Highly recommend!
