“Bianca is fabulous. She is kind, loving, competent, caring. She was attentive to my tiny, anxious, elderly dog's needs. Bianca adjusted and adapted what I'd shared with her so that it worked in her home, e.g., my dog wouldn't eat with the same set-up as I use so Bianca tried out different ways until my dog finally ate. I was curious to see how Bianca's cat would be with my dog. At the meet & greet they calmly sized each other up. During the stay Bianca shared a lovely photo of my dog snuggled on her sofa with her cat on the armrest. Nice, mellow companions. I was thoroughly comfortable leaving my dog in Bianca's care and will absolutely do so again when I go out of town and can't bring my dog with me.”

Armanush was great! She noticed that our dog wasn’t eating as much as we had indicated and she worked with us take sure our dog was well-fed and happy (we had just switched to a new flavor of food and Armanush tried two different replacements we ordered off Amazon). Sophia went above and beyond while caring for our dog. During our time away, he unexpectedly needed emergency surgery, and she took him to the vet right away and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. She made sure he was well cared for after the surgery, gave him all of his medications, and kept us updated. Her compassion, responsibility, and genuine love for animals gave us so much peace of mind during an incredibly stressful situation. Ayah is the best! When it seemed like our dog Ozzy may be better off at home she offered to switch to house-sitting, providing Ozzy with many hours of quality time in our home and playtime with her own dog, walks, and even cutting his hair! She also took care of our plants and yard as an additional service which was very helpful while we were away. She is very responsive and attentive, kind and a true gem to find on Rover.
