“Bianca is fabulous. She is kind, loving, competent, caring. She was attentive to my tiny, anxious, elderly dog's needs. Bianca adjusted and adapted what I'd shared with her so that it worked in her home, e.g., my dog wouldn't eat with the same set-up as I use so Bianca tried out different ways until my dog finally ate. I was curious to see how Bianca's cat would be with my dog. At the meet & greet they calmly sized each other up. During the stay Bianca shared a lovely photo of my dog snuggled on her sofa with her cat on the armrest. Nice, mellow companions. I was thoroughly comfortable leaving my dog in Bianca's care and will absolutely do so again when I go out of town and can't bring my dog with me.”

Our mini golden doodle stayed with Kyle for 9 nights. He was very good at communicating with us, sharing photos and videos and keeping us updated on how she was doing. He gave her her medication and calmed her during the thunderstorms. Lily seemed to really enjoy playing with the other dogs who were being boarded. We will definitely use Kyle again.
Karen and her husband were amazing! I got updates and videos every single day and truly felt that my dog was being loved and cared for while I was away. Daniela and Sergio were amazing with Jameson! They asked all the right questions and cared for him lovingly. He is an easy dog, but does have some senior needs. They went above and beyond to care for him. Daniela sent daily updates, which we really looked forward to and enjoyed. I could tell James enjoyed his time as well. Aashna and Sidhanth were the most amazing family to my cat, Mellow. I received at least 3 updates every day with pictures and videos. I have never ever felt more at ease leaving my little boy behind on vacation. I never even had to reach out to ask how he was doing . They took such great care of Mellow that when we got him, he seemed happier with Aashna and Sid than we us lol he gave us the cold shoulder. I look forward to boarding Mellow with them again, and I HIGHLY recommend this amazing couple ! You two are just the best! Thank you so much !
Anastasiia was great with Kody!!! He warmed up to her so quickly, which means a lot because Kody doesn’t love everyone and comes with an instruction manual 😂 Anastasiia followed my detailed instructions and sent me a ton of updates to bring me peace of mind. Stephanie is amazing. She truly cares for our dogs as if they were her own. Stephanie sends multiple updates daily and it is very clear our dogs are comfortable in her house and right at home. Abigail was nothing short of AMAZING! She watched our two cats, gave them food, daily medicine, played and cuddled with them, and treated them as her own. She even offered to pick up and drop them off since she watched them for a long period. This was our first time using Rover and I wish we tried it sooner. We’ll be booking with Abigail every time we’re out of town.
Sydney was so great! We left our dog, Bruno, in her care for 11 nights and she was so great with communication and occasional photos. We felt very comfortable the entire time and knew he was in good hands. He came home happy! Would definitely recommend and hoping Bruno can visit again when we need to go out of town.
Our dog Nessa boarded with Erin at her apartment for 7 days. She took wonderful care of our pup with daily walks in nearby parks, and Nessa returned back home happy. Diana was an amazing caretaker for my dog Baxter! It’s clear how much she loves animals. Diana met with Baxter before my trip to get acquainted with him and Baxter immediately took to her. Her home was lovely and inviting. She sent me updates multiple times a day and my pup looked relaxed and happy in every photo. Her dog Charlie was a wonderful host too!
