“This was our first opportunity to use Rover and we were very pleased with Supon's most professional service. You can tell he genuinely likes dogs and enjoys caring for them. He made us feel comfortable watching our dogs by continuously sending us pictures of them. These pictures included classic portraits of them posing as well as random pictures of them playing. At first we were a bit apprehensive receiving these pictures for two reasons. One, we were feeling guilty seeing the attention being given to them thinking he was giving them better care than we do. And, two, we had thoughts are dogs would not want to leave when we were to pick them up. All of the attention they received is what Supon is all about. It is really nice to see someone do what he likes to do. And, when we picked up our dogs they were so happy to see us. Malna is a Staffy mix, and it was clear that Carlos is experienced with larger dogs and understands their needs and personalities. Carlos was reliable, communicative, and clearly attentive to her needs. We really appreciated how easy he made the whole experience and would be happy to book with him again in the future. Micaela was a great first-time sitter for our puppy! We were nervous to leave him for the first time but we felt at ease knowing we found an experienced sitter. All communication was prompt and we really appreciated receiving pictures of our sweet Ziggy, who was clearly having a great time relaxing during his stay. Micaela went above and beyond to make sure he ate dinner even though he was being fussy. We're thrilled to have a reliable local sitter and plan to rebook any time we're out-of-town and cannot bring our pup along.
Jordan was great with Miles. The most important thing was that Miles came home healthy, happy, and completely himself, which was accomplished. Jordan sent regular photos and updates. Jordan was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when my return to DC was delayed due to several travel issues. After a long and exhausting trip home, it was such a relief that Jordan walked Miles back to my place with all Miles' belongings. I already booked with Jordan again.
Olivia was wonderful with Zoey. She sent pictures and responded to all of my messages quickly. Although Zoey was happy to see me after the weekend boarding it seemed that she wanted to follow her back in behind her when we were leaving, which is a good but heart breaking thing 😜. I would definitely use her again and have recommended her to my fellow Dogpark friends.
Jessa did a great job boarding my dog Archie for a long weekend. She provided updates while I was out of town for a long weekend, which made leaving him a lot easier. He came back happy and content, I could tell he had a great time with her. I wound trust her to watch my dog anytime!
