About: I have had pets for all 24 years of my life! I love taking care of animals! I am a GW grad student who is looking to earn some money in an honest and hard-working way. I am very responsible and communicate. I am very detail-oriented and prioritize care/safety for your pet. I am currently in class M-T 8-4! I am free Friday, Saturday, and Sunday all day everyday. I sometimes have exams Friday morning but are completed asynchronously. I am very dedicated to work. I am a very careful in meticulous person, I am always looking to clean the pets bowl, make sure they use the restroom, and are fed and hydrated. The animals comfort is my number one priority and to ensure keeping them safe I like to build trust as well.
“This was our first time having Elliott sit our cats in a new city, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! He was super responsive and attentive to their needs. We will definitely book him again!”

“Katherine went above and beyond caring for our dog when we took a last minute weekend trip. Not only that but she did extra tasks like bringing in our packages and even offered to sweep snow off of our stairs. She is reliable and communicated very well. Highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was 8. My family fosters dogs ranging from tea cup sized to pitties ages 1-15, so I’m well versed in senior care and pup-sitting! I’m currently a junior at the George Washington University. Majority of my classes are later in the day, but I’m free anytime on the weekends! Safety and cleanliness is job #1! I am comfortable with cleaning up after your dog and crating if necessary. I love giving each dog the pets it deserves.

About: I’ve had one lab and two French bulldogs as pets. I have years of experience dog walking and pet sitting, both boarding and staying at the owner’s house. I’m a huge dog lover! I am currently not employed so I have plenty of time to spend with your dogs and a flexible schedule! Most weekends are free for dog watching too! I do live in a studio apartment but there is room to play and room for a bed or crate. There’s an elevator in my building for easy access to outside.
About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 12 years old, and have participated in careful TNR procedures in order to help maintain the population of cats living in the wild. I currently have 1 cat of my own and would be happy to watch over yours! I am a full time law student, so I can come to you early in the morning or in the evenings! I can be the perfect addition to fun travel plans. I am also limited to metro and bus. I plan to spend a minimum of 30 mins with your fur baby, feeding, cleaning, and otherwise attending to their every need, and I would be happy to provide photos!! Please let me know if you would need anything else, I'm happy to accommodate.

About: I’ve been lucky to share my life with two Golden Retrievers—one for 8 years and one for 10—from puppyhood all the way through their senior years. I know firsthand what it means to care for dogs through every stage of life, from teaching good leash manners and routines to giving gentle attention and patience as they get older. Because I work from home, I’m reliable, flexible, and always available to give dogs the time and care they deserve. This might be extra walks, playtime, or calm companionship. I treat every dog like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. Once trust is built, I also have the flexibility to offer overnight care for pets while you might be out of town. Because I work from home, pet care easily fits into my daily routine. I love taking breaks throughout the day for walks, playtime, and check-ins. It keeps both me and the dogs happy and active! I’m home most of the time, so your pup gets plenty of attention, consistency, and companionship. Whether it’s morning walks, midday drop-ins, or evening companionship, I make caring for pets a part of my everyday routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both their space and their pets with the same respect and care I would my own. I always follow each pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and happy while you’re away. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and I keep you updated with photos and notes if desired so you can feel confident they’re in good hands.
About: I have been surrounded by dogs since as long as I can remember. I grew up with an English Cocker Spaniel, and I regularly take care of my friends dogs (often I ask to take care of them even when they are in town because I miss their dogs!) I love being around dogs and seeing their goofy personalities, giving them love, and watching them trust and love me back. I work in the office 4 days a week, but I am regularly around Fridays through Sundays. I can do boarding, walks, check ins, play dates. Happy to discuss your pet needs and ways to make them and you more comfortable. I am highly communicative, I always send owners pictures when I am with their dog as an update. I can take dogs on long or short walks, whatever will cause the least disruption to their routine.

Maria was super great! She last minute helped us out by watching our pup Miley so was super flexible and willing to accommodate to our last minute request! Regularly communicated, very thorough with her check in updates, and overall really enjoyed having her dog sit for us! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience! She was very attentive, responsive, and took wonderful care of our dog while we were away for the holiday weekend.
