Cat Sitting in Washington, D.C.

About: I’ve lived with dogs for well over a decade, including currently a Yorkshire terrier. Friends have relied on me to take care of both cats and dogs for extended periods (up to a month) doing house sitting, and I’ve also helped out at the DC Brandywine Valley SPCA shelter doing dog walks. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pets! Message me to make sure our schedules match for that day, but morning and evening can easily be arranged! In a clients home, I’ll be sure to see that your pet is cared for in the way that most appropriately aligns with your treatment of them. I’m always happy to give pets and love, but if they need a more stern or cautious hand those needs will be met.

About: My earliest memory is of my first dog, Max, and ever since then I have loved dogs and love to do anything with them. I have raised 6 dogs ranging from 6lbs to 140lbs and puppy to senior. I walk my own dog, Bonnie, 3 times a day and would be honored to give your own dogs the same love, care, and exercise in my free time! I am available for booking on Tuesday and Wednesday from early morning until 9:15AM then 11:00AM-3:00PM and finally 4:30-8PM. Monday, Thursday, and Friday I'm available only 11am-3pm I care for pets as if they are my own and treat your house better than my own. I would never want to inconvenience you by preforming or behaving in any manner below your expectations.

About: I grew up with cats and have grown to love dogs. I had my own cat for 13 years before he passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I love to care for my friends' pets! But with an open home, I'm ready to treat your best friend like my new best friend! I've taken care of cats and dogs extensively throughout my life including providing medication at regular intervals. I've also looked after snakes, turtles, and geckos, but I don't have any equipment to house them. But I love all animals whether fuzzy, furry, or scaly! I live in downtown DC in an apartment building close to several parks. I have a hybrid office job but live a short walk away from my office, so it's easy for me to swing back home whenever is necessary. I regularly catsit and dogsit for friends, but currently don't have any pets of my own. I respect animals autonomy, but always prefer to play, cuddle, or walk with the pets. They'll have full access to my apartment. They're welcome on furniture and if they prefer to hang out solo, that's okay, too. They'll still get the same love and attention, just from a few feet away.

About: I have a few years of pet sitting experience in my hometown, and I am looking forward to continuing to do so now that I am in college! I have had pets my whole life, ranging from dogs and cats to birds and lizards! I enjoy bringing my cat to volunteer with me at assisted living homes, and I have treated pets with various health issues as well. I am currently a full time college student, however I am available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I may also be available during the week, depending on my schedule. I will be on break starting in early may and ending in late August, but I will continue sitting when I come back! Safety is of the utmost importance, therefore I will always check that doors and gates are closed and that leashes and harnesses are securely fastened. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs, and will always communicate effectively with owners when necessary. Furthermore, I have experience providing care for pets with medical conditions, and will be able to provide that service if needed.

About: I love animals! My family has always been a huge pet-loving family and I have always loved every type of pet. I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8. Growing up, I was the neighborhood pet sitter and I continued to take care of my neighbors pets when they were out of town until I moved away to college. I have taken care of numerous pets such as dogs of different sizes, cats, to even geckos. I have been relied on to drive peoples dogs places, to take care of pets while they were out of town (walking, feeding, and etc). I am a proud pet mom to 3 guinea pigs and 1 puppy. I love animals and I would love to help you out! :) I live in a ground floor apartment with a back patio that leads into the courtyard! I basically have a back yard! I am currently working part-time on Thursdays and Fridays. The rest of the week I’m available and flexible for whatever you and your fur baby may need I offer dog walking, pet care (in client’s home), boarding and doggy day care. I am very flexible and willing to help on those basis with anything that you should need help with and with different kinds of pets of all shapes and sizes!
