About: As a dog owner myself, I know pets are family. I’ve cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, and I’m confident reading their body language so they feel safe, understood, and comfortable. I’ll always treat your dog with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own. 🐾 I’m currently working part-time on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s, but I have plenty of availability outside of those times. I’m available most Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, and can be flexible for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment with no other animals, so your pet will have a calm and comfortable environment. I always prioritize safety, follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“My dog, Bliss, really liked Victoria and I felt very comfortable with Victoria walking Bliss. Victoria was on time and responsive to Bliss. I would definitely hire her again!”

About: I’ve always had cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with two dogs and now have two cats in the city! Can’t wait to meet your pet! Currently a student so I have a flexible schedule, so weekday drop ins and walks should be easy to schedule! Mondays and Tuesdays are my busiest days. I have two friendly cats who have regularly interacted with other cats. I would love to take dogs for long walks to help tire them out and keep them entertained!
“Cymia has been amazing so far. She has walked my 4 months puppy twice so far, and has carefully followed all my instructions (I’m strict as I am training him). I plan to keep her as my dog walker, and highly recommend her. Great personality as well!”

About: Hi I’m Hannah! I will be starting my graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology in the fall. I currently live in Shaw, but I have lived in different areas of DC for three years. I’ll have a more flexible schedule while I’m in school, and I’m happy to walk, feed, or dog sit! I have around 10 years of experience with the dog I grew up with. She was a small Havanese named Luna! She needed a lot of care and special food, but she was the best and loved a long walk. I have also helped walk friends’ and neighbors’ dogs. I would love a dog of my own one day, and I thought this would be a good opportunity to take care of and hang out with new pets! I also fostered over 10 cats while living in DC, but I’m not fostering any right now, and don’t plan to for a while. Please feel free to each out with any questions :) I will be entirely free the month of July and can come anytime. I will be back in September for my masters program! I’m still unsure of my schedule then, but I will update here when I have it. Growing up with pets and fostering cats in DC has taught me the importance of keeping a safe and comfortable home. I will always respect your space and know to approach gently with all animals. I always follow instructions given when entering someone else’s home.
“Lidia was great! She always arrives exactly on time, is attentive to the details we discussed, and sends cute photos. I would definitely recommend her”

“Rut is always amazing when walking Teffy. Just moved so we are using a new system for access to my apartment. Even after having some problems with getting access, she was extremely patient and caring for my little one. I recommend her 100%.”

About: Hello! I love spending time around dogs. I have a 9 year old golden retriever named who is the light of my life. I have helped take care of my friends dogs and senior dogs as well. When it comes to dog walking, I also love to make sure dogs are not only getting their exercise in, but experiencing new surroundings on their walk. I currently WFH so I am able to tailor my schedule to when your pets need my services! However, early mornings, evenings and lunch time are usually the most open times for me. While Im not offering services for room and board, I do live in a pet friendly apartment with pet friendly amenities, if there is a need to bring your pet home with me.
“Peyton did an amazing job taking care of Marley. She is a very shy and Peyton made her super comfortable. She also updated me with pictures while Marley was under her care. Highly recommend her:)”

About: My past work as a veterinary technician has provided me with years of experience caring for diverse breeds, specializing in coordinating complex feeding schedules and managing senior pets with health needs. I prioritize a safe and calm environment for every animal. I have been retired for two years, which makes me available all hours of the day. I am flexible with providing care on weekends as well as weekdays. If it is your wish that I do so, I am available to stay with your pet in your home if needed. Your pet will receive the same care I would provide to my own
“The pictures I get just show how HAPPY my dog is on his walks. Dominic is flexible, incredibly communicative, and I feel at ease knowing he is talking care of my best boy.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs for years through helping raise and care for my family’s three Golden Retrievers, including daily walks, feeding, playtime, grooming, and companionship. One of my dogs, Magic, is a trained service dog that I worked closely with and brought to hospitals for community service visits. Through that experience, I developed strong patience, attentiveness, and an understanding of how to work calmly and positively with dogs in different environments. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and energy levels and always prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My flexible remote work schedule also allows me to provide reliable attention, supervision, and consistent care throughout the day. I currently work remotely and part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, pet sitting, and boarding throughout both weekdays and weekends, with flexibility for a variety of hours. Caring for dogs has been a regular part of my life for years through helping care for my family’s three Golden Retrievers, so I’m very comfortable managing walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and giving pets the companionship and attention they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Having cared for my family’s three Golden Retrievers for years, I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, and making sure dogs feel calm, cared for, and loved. I understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine and provide them with patience, attention, and supervision at all times. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are secure, comfortable, and well cared for while respecting your space and instructions. I pay close attention during walks, keep dogs safely leashed, monitor their behavior, and make sure they get plenty of exercise, affection, and bathroom breaks. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel reassured while you’re away.
“I’ve used Emily countless times and cannot recommend her enough. She treats my pup like her very own and always keeps me in the loop while they’re out! She’s very dependable and has saved me last minute!!”
