About: I am a retired volunteer with City Kitties and Dogs, and have been doing Rover for a few years now! I grew up with rescue dogs and continue to find so much joy in hanging with dogs and cats for the day. I know how important pets are (they’re family!) so yours will always be getting that 5 star treatment and care! :-) I currently WFH 3 days a week and am looking for a furry friend to keep me company! I am up in the mornings around 7am, and have a pretty relaxed job which means lots of time for walks, play, and potty breaks. Your pets safety is my top priority. About: My own golden retriever lived to nearly 15, and caring for her through every stage of life is what gave me a real understanding of what dogs need and what their owners worry about. I don’t take that lightly when I’m caring for someone else’s dog and I treat each one as if they were my own! I’ve worked with dogs of all ages and personalities, from brand-new puppies to seniors, and from the shyest wallflowers to the most enthusiastic greeters. I’m comfortable with leash training for puppies and administering supplements and medications for older dogs with established routines. Midday walks are one of my favorite parts of the day, and I’m also available for drop-in visits when that’s all your pup needs. Either way, you can count on your dog getting genuine, attentive care while you’re away. As a remote worker, I have a flexible day and would love to break it up with outdoor activities with your dog! Aside from times when I have meetings, I am available to go and let out your pet or go for an outdoor activity. I always defer to the owners instructions for a visit and follow them to a tee. Whether your dog just needs a quick outing and play time inside or a longer walk in a certain route, I am able to provide whatever your dog needs to have a good visit!
