About: I've had dogs since I was about 14 years of age, from tiny terriers to large labradors. I've also been surrounded by some of the loveliest (and skittish!) cats, learning to love them like my own. I work only weekend nights, which is when my partner is available. Even then, I'm never more than a few minutes walk away from home in case of an emergency. Taking care of your fur baby is always top priority! I'm always home, and would never abandon a pet. I take my current dog everywhere I possibly can, and in the rare chance I have to leave, my dog is crated or isolated in a different room. We also have access to an enclosed patio.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life! From my family dog, to volunteering at shelters, and dog sitting for years, caring for dogs has always been a part of my life. Knowing that your dog is well taken care of, safe, and comfortable gives me peace of mind, as I know that is what I would want from a sitter! Providing your dog(s) with a safe and comfortable walk or stay is my biggest priority, and I will be sure to send plenty of updates and keep open communication with you (+ as a photographer I’d love to take some photos of your pups to share!). My apartment is spacious with plenty of sunlight and outdoor space, and has been loved by dogs of all kinds that visit! I’d love to be able to take care of your pup, so please don’t hesitate to reach out :) With free Wednesdays and Fridays, I am able to board on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and can provide drop in visits and walking each afternoon after 4 along with all day Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends! My apartment is very spacious and clean with plenty of sunlight, along with an upstairs and private fenced in rooftop for your dog to stay active and spend as much time in the outdoors as they’d like. I also have a courtyard outside my apartment, and live on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood which is a popular area for dog walkers. I also live a block away from a dog park!

About: During the day, I spend time with my cat and a very young kitten, which involves socializing them together. Recently I have started doing side-gigs for friends and neighbors, traveling to their homes to take care of their cats. I really love getting to know the personality of each pet and doing what keeps them happy and fed while their person is away! With every pet, I develop a special private bond just between us :) I work from home during the weekdays which allows me to travel and pet-sit, and I can make time on weekday evenings as well. on weekends, I’m also quite flexible and available to travel for pet care. I like coming in and immediately giving the baby some love and feeding them, so they’re not starved for attention or food! Then I tend to go around and refresh water, clean up after the pet, take them for a walk or clean a little box, and then I try to spend more time playing with or living on the pets I’m caring for before I go

About: I genuinely enjoy spending my time with animals and taking care of them. I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats including my own since I was in middle school so for over 10 years now. So naturally I’m familiar with daily walks and feeding schedules and making sure that the pets get the best possible care that they need. I’ve taken care of my friends and family friends cats and dogs including gerbils and many other small animals, making sure that they are fed and comfortable and well taken care of while their own were away and understanding their different needs. As of right now,I have 2 beautiful cats of my own who I cherish so much that I’ve been caring for over 3 years. About: We’ve both had dogs in our family since we were young and we have our very own, paçoca! She’s a nova scotia duck toller. Her name means little peanut in portuguese and nothing describes her better than that. we love nothing more than to be around dogs. We would love to care for yours! We both work a hybrid schedule and at least one of us is always available to care for, play, and walk pets as many times as needed. We can provide your dog with the exercise they may need, whether it is a morning run, long walk in the afternoon, or dog park visit. We live in a pet-friendly two bedroom apartment with lots of light and space. Dogs we’ve cared for prior really enjoyed laying on the couch/their beds and getting some sun. We live very close to Logan Circle, which is a great, pleasant and green space in downtown DC for dogs to walk and play with other dogs. We love incorporating the pets’ routines into our own and can adapt as needed. Taking them on walks during the day is a great opportunity to take work breaks, get some fresh air, and enjoy the day. Our apartment is spacious and gets lots of sunlight, which the dogs love! It’s also close to lots of nice green areas such as Logan Circle or the S street dog park!
