It was very easy to schedule our original meet and greet and from there they have stayed super coordinated with me, provided regular updates on Lennie's walks (including route, pics, and types of bathroom activity). They have planned in advance for any potential issues, e.g, double checking to make sure I had left keys, asking whether Lennie eats before or after a walk when I requested that they feed him, even just questioning how much water he should be drinking. They are hyper organized, on top of their client's needs and able to adjust easily. On days where my schedule has changed, Misael and Logan have been flexible and accomodating to our needs. Overall, I couldn't speak more highly about their ability to walk Lennie or take care of him when I have an exceptionally long day at the office - they are a dog owners dream!!!”
