About: I spent my childhood taking care of my childhood pets and neighborhood pets as well. I’m completely comfortable with animals and would love to have fun with your pets! I love going on walks, keeping pets active and engaged, and making sure they feel comfortable and loved. I am a senior at American University, so my availability is fairly open. I am available on Saturdays all day. On Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I am unavailable from 2pm to 7pm. However, I am available during other times on those weekdays. I am unavailable from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesdays, but free other times on Wednesdays. I have experience house-sitting and cleaning homes, so I know the importance of respecting someone else’s space. I feel confident that I can care for pets and assure owners that their pets and homes will be safe and intact.

About: When I was 12-years-old I was the co-founder, President, and CEO of Pampered Pets, my neighborhood's only kid-run pet-sitting business. After about a year and a half, the company ended (due to a lack of printer ink for making flyers), but my clientele remained loyal, and I, independent of my "formal" business venture, stayed in the game. As I got older, pet-sitting turned into babysitting with a lot of: "Oh, how are you with dogs? Do you mind taking him out?" Needless to say, I knew the drill. I've taken a few years off from consistent pet-sitting jobs due to school and work, but in the meantime, I've continued to care for my friends', family's, and partner's dogs and cats when the need arises. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my experience! I am in between full-time work at the moment, so I have a lot of extra time to give a pup that needs a friend for the week or even just the afternoon. I've been conducting pet care drop-in visits since I was about 11 years old. On occasion, I would provide care for multiple households at once. I always make sure that the homes I sit for remain clean and tidy throughout the time that I provide care. I also want to make sure that while their favorite people are away, the pets I look after feel loved and cared for. Even if that means hanging out a little bit longer to play or give them extra attention.

About: I have grown up with dogs of all sizes my whole life and have even fostered cats from time to time! I’m very comfortable with and love to have pets around. Starting at age 8 we were tasked with feeding and walking our family dogs. My aunt is also a veterinarian so I grew up really learning to care and pay attention to the needs of the animals in my life. They are truly an extension of the family and know how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets. I’m really here to bring comfort, ease, and peace of mind for you and your animals! I am currently taking online classes so I’m home almost all day and available to truly look after, spend time, play, and care for your pets. I love getting outside and taking walks around the neighborhood throughout the day and would love to bring your pets along! Although I do live in an apartment there is plenty of green space just outside and a dog park around the block! I also have plenty of space to accommodate any crates, beds, bowls, toys, etc!

About: I grew up with dogs and have been pet sitting since I was ten. I also worked at a doggie daycare throughout college, so I have formal training in managing the needs of various breeds/sizes and in managing groups of dogs! I’m currently in school, so I have lots of flexibility to hang out with your pet, help them get their energy out, and remind them that they’ve got a friend while you’re away! I have done lots of pet sitting gigs where I stay the night with the pets in their house and also where I just drop by to check in on them. My apartment is not pet-friendly, so I can’t keep them at my house but am happy to hang out with them at yours!

About: Hi! My name is Meera and I am 23-years-old. I grew up with four sweet dogs including a German shepherd, a Bull Mastiff, a Belgian Malinois, a terrier, and a golden doodle. As an adult I’m the proud owner of an 8 lb chihuahua! I have the best of both worlds in terms of large breeds and small breeds. Given that I grew up with five very different dog breeds and their personalities, I understand every dog has their own unique needs. Some dogs are very family-oriented and are wary of strangers whereas other dogs are friendly with everyone they meet! Some dogs need more exercise whereas some dogs need less. About: I have a pet Russian tortoise who requires special care and delicate handling that's more involved than, say, walking and feeding a dog or taking care of a cat. I have a pretty flexible schedule both this summer and into the fall. Pet care can easily be scheduled around my summer job and college classes. I make sure pets, my own and others that I've been responsible for, get plenty of attention. I don't leave them until all their needs have been met
