A typical day
A typical day with me is all about keeping your pet happy, engaged, and comfortable. For dogs: that might include a brisk walk or playful outdoor time, some one-on-one attention with toys or games, and plenty of cuddles or belly rubs. I always pay attention to their energy levels and personality, so shy or anxious pets get gentle encouragement while energetic dogs get extra playtime and exercise. For cats if they’re nearby: playing with toys, interactive treat time, or simply sitting nearby for company. I also make sure feeding, litter boxes, and routines are followed to keep them stress-free. No matter the pet, I will send updates and photos to keep you in the loop, so you can see how everything is going while you’re away!

I believe in the Golden Rule of Pet Care: I will treat your pets as I would treat my own. I’ve been around animals my entire life, growing up in a home with dogs and now caring for three cats of my own for over 12 years. That experience has given me a strong understanding of how different every pet can be, from energetic and social, to shy and anxious. I understand that “pets” are truly members of the family. What I offer is thoughtful, individualized care. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and at ease while you’re away. During visits, I’m attentive and engaged. Whether that means walks, playtime, or simply keeping your furry baby company so they don’t feel alone. My time with your dog or cat is special, so I won't be scrolling on my phone during our visits (except to send you photos and updates!). I’m also detail-oriented when it comes to feeding routines, home care, and maintaining a clean, stress-free environment. You can expect consistent communication and updates, so you always know how your dog or cat is doing. My goal is to provide reliable, high-quality care that gives both you and your pets complete peace of mind.

Chelsea genuinely cared about our pup, she sent us photo updates and even checked in when he ate an old street bagel, something he is known to do. We came home to a happy dog, who clearly adores her, once we ran into her at the farmers market and he got the zooms. Felt great to know she took care of Remy like her own. 10/10 would recommend.
