About: I've taken care of elderly dogs and cats that need daily medications and frequent potty breaks, along with puppies and kittens with boundless energy requiring multiple walks a day or a lot of play time! I have specifically worked with blind dogs and dogs and cats requiring specialized diets for kidney disease. Dogs and cats are amazing companions and deserve nothing but the best care. I have availability all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and Thursdays. I’m also free before 1 PM on Wednesdays. I’m less flexible on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, but feel free to ask for availability on these days as well! As someone with many years of pet sitting experience, I’m very attuned to all types of fur baby personalities. Whether your pet is shy or outgoing, I will read their social cues and adjust my care as necessary.

About: I grew up in a family that fostered and adopted dogs throughout my upbringing. We always had at least two dogs in the home. Understanding and learning about all the different dog breeds, their personalities, and their temperaments was my niche childhood obsession. As I reached adulthood, I was always in the first line of defense for caring for friends and families’ dogs and cats. Watching anywhere from 6 cats in one home, to Golden Doodles, Dobermans, and St. Bernards. Eventually I adopted my very own sweet boy, a rescue Pitty named Gus, where we spent the first 4 years together working through his reactive behavior and getting him to the point where he absolutely thrived and loved being around all animals, becoming his truest sweetest form. My time with him allowed me to gain such a worldly perspective on unconditional love and patience. I was able to give him 8 years of companionship and trust, before crossing the rainbow at 13 years old. Catering to his senior years allowed me to gain knowledge on medications, diet restricts, Doggie Dementia, and much more that came with that final chapter. I understand how hard those moments can be and I can assure you I will provide your best friend with the same level of attention, care, and love that I did for my sweet boy. My home is clean, dog-friendly and I work remotely most days, which means your dog will receive frequent companionship, potty breaks, and attention throughout the day instead of being left alone for long periods. On Wednesdays, I'm in the office during the day and return home around 4:00 PM. Safety and trust are the foundation of every pet I care for. Whether your pet is staying in my home or I'm visiting yours, my goal is to make their routine feel as normal and stress-free as possible. I know every dog is different, so I take the time to learn their schedule, personality, favorite activities, quirks, and any medical or behavioral needs before our first visit. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, potty routines, and any household rules you've established because consistency helps pets feel secure. During walks, I stay alert to our surroundings, avoid unsafe situations, and always prioritize your dog's comfort and well-being. I pay close attention to body language and behavior, watching for signs of stress, overheating, fatigue, or discomfort so I can respond before small issues become bigger ones. Communication is just as important as great care. I'll keep you updated with photos, messages, and honest check-ins so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away with complete peace of mind, knowing your best friend is being cared for with the same patience, attentiveness, and love I'd give my own.

I'd had some surgery on my leg and it was difficult to walk for the first few days. Salma came three times daily and was very kind and patient with my elderly dog. About: I genuinely enjoy spending my time with animals and taking care of them. I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats including my own since I was in middle school so for over 10 years now. So naturally I’m familiar with daily walks and feeding schedules and making sure that the pets get the best possible care that they need. I’ve taken care of my friends and family friends cats and dogs including gerbils and many other small animals, making sure that they are fed and comfortable and well taken care of while their own were away and understanding their different needs. I make sure they are well fed, their litter boxes are clean, and that they feel relaxed and cared for every day. When caring for an owner’s pet, I always follow their specific instructions and routines closely. I understand that every pet is different, so I make sure to respect their preferences and keep them comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I love dogs and cats, and miss my own pets as I’m away from home. So I would love to help take care of your pets when you need an extra hand! My availability is during weekends for drop-ins/walks, but can be flexible for days. I can’t wait to hear more about your pet, just reach out! I work full-time, so I am mostly free on weekends. That can be any time on the weekend, and if needed, can try for weekdays after work. For drop-ins, I will play with your pets and brush them if they enjoy that! And for dogs, would love them to take them for a stroll so we can both get our steps in!

About: I have been dog sitting since I was fourteen for family members and friends. I am comfortable with dogs of any size. I have experience with dogs of all ages and am comfortable giving medications. I volunteer with Lucky Dogs and take shelter dogs for walks every Friday and assist with handling them at events. I am currently working part time remotely, so I can either stop in to visit your dog or work from your home. I would prefer working from your home, so I can give your dog as much attention as possible! I am very flexible and want your dog to be as comfortable as possible. If I am not staying at the home, I will stop by a maximum of two times a day. Once between 7am to 9am, and once after 4 pm. On the weekends I would be able to stop by three times. During the evenings I would stay longer allowing your pets to have more play time and/or be taken for a walk. My schedule is very flexible!

About: I grew up in pet household with 3 dogs (golden retriever, podeco, shitzu/terrier mix) and 1 cat, caring for all of them from puppy/kitten age. I have also co-lived with other dog/cat owners, and love taking care of my friends’ pets. I currently do not have a pet at home, but I’m the happiest when surrounded by furry friends 😊🐶🐱 I am a development economics researcher and typically from home on my own schedule, which gives me the flexibility to pet sit most days of the week. I have deep respect and affection for animals, and I am very sensitive to their emotional needs. I believe dogs and cats love deeply and deserve the same back. I am very much aware of how to organize a home to ensure there are no unsafe circumstances that can endanger a pet. I am careful when it comes to feeding times, quantities and food type, as my family pets all had different dietary requirements, including at times preparing fresh vegetables and other foods to complement their kibble.
