About: I grew up with cats and now have a cat of my own who is like my child, so I totally get how hard it is to leave your baby! I will provide care, comfort, entertainment, and more to your fur baby so you don’t have to worry at all while you’re gone! I am available weeknights and weekends to check in on your babies! I also work in downtown DC and can pop over on my lunch break to say hello! I will make sure your home, and most importantly your cats areas, are always clean and ready for them to play, eat, and use the litter box.

About: I have taken care of multiple pets belonging to friends and family such as hamsters, fish, cats and dogs by walking, caring, feeding and playing with them! I am a hardworking student but I would love to make space in my schedule to take care and spend time with pets! Especially cats and dogs! I would make sure they get the attention they need: like playtime and pets. I will also make sure they are fed and take them on walks or outside when needed.

About: Animals have always been a key aspect of my life. I grew up with many pets and even volunteered at my local pet shelter when I had the time. More recently I have delved into training dogs, this includes dogs of all ages. I am currently working part time and am very flexible on times and duration of walks. I prefer walks during the morning or throughout the day. I have a large house with a yard and no other pets. This ensures your pets safety and ability to feel at home and be cared for at all times.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12. My patience, responsibility, and kindness has made me a reliable sitter for my neighbors for years. I’m currently a full-time student but I have a lot of flexibility during the weekdays and can work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at any time I can create a loving and safe environment. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, and had a Wire Fox Terrier as our family dog growing up. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages to all breeds, from senior to puppy and from pitbull to lab. I can truly work with any type of dog and will have fun along the way! I work from home and have time to drop in any time of day! I can be flexible with whatever you need if it is morning, midday, or evening. Having your trust is my top priority when caring for your pet. I will always make sure pets are in a safe and secure environment and follow any instructions for their care. A pet is a member of the family and I will treat yours like one of mine!

About: I’m reliable, consistent, and very caring—I understand the importance of caring for pets. I’m good at administering medication, taking care of older pets, and making sure your pet is comfortable and safe! I’m able to host short-term and for long periods of time. I have a flexible work schedule so I can work from home to care for your pet! I have a fenced rooftop park and a big public park behind my home. My building is very dog friendly, there are lots of treats and friendly dogs!

About: I’ve worked with dogs of all breeds and ages, and I have two of my own a 4 year old red heeler and a 6 year old German shepherd mix. Caring for them gives me a solid understanding of what dogs need to thrive. My schedule’s really open right now, so it’s easy for me to fit pet care into my day. I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, or just keeping pets company when needed. Whether in my home or yours, I make sure pets are comfortable and well cared for. I follow their routines, give them plenty of attention, and my dogs love the extra playmate.

About: I've been taking care of dogs (and cats) since I was very young, watching and walking differently aged dogs from bigger pups (largest have been cane corsos) to smaller pups(smallest has been a teacup yorkie). I have a lot of energy myself and love to play with dogs and take them for long walks when they are up for it and the weather is right, but I also love to sit quietly with dogs that like couch time and just appreciate their company. When I dogsit, I try to send a few photos each day so pet parents can see their pup playing, snoozing, or just generally having a nice time. I've worked with dogs that have medications, food allergies, and reactive walking, and have often watched pairs of dogs for their parents. I work full-time and have an evening part-time job, but the full-time job is generally remote which means I could work from your home while sitting taking breaks to play with and walk your pup, provided you have stable internet. My evening part-time job would not take me away from the house for more than 6 hours at a time. I tend to get up pretty early, so if your dog is an early bird they'll be happy having me around. I will likely ask some questions about your home and neighborhood, just to get an idea of what to expect when I will be watching your pup--for example, are there certain neighbors I should know your dog is reactive to, and are there doors in your home that should always be kept shut? I find that caring for pets in their home is typically what works best for them, which is why it's my preference. I try to be as respectful as I can of your space, and am sure to clean up after myself thoroughly so you return to a clean home after your travels.
