About: I am a graduate student in biology, and I really love animals! I grew up around animals and adopted my own little rescue six years ago. My dog is a tiny eight pounds. We love to spend time walking and at DC's great dog parks in addition to playing indoors and at home. In addition to my own dog, I love being around other people's animals, whether they are high energy, low energy, or somewhere in between. It would be a privilege to be entrusted to take care of your pet, whether it be through walking, boarding, or sitting. Rest assured that I will treat your pet as I do my own!! Pet care is a daily priority for me as someone with my own dog! On weekends, weather permitting, my dog and I try to get outdoors for a hike (or at least the dog park!). As someone who’s been on both sides of Rover, I understand the importance of trust when your pet is in the care of someone else! I live in a doorman apartment and have baby gates at home. When pet sitting at your home, I’m flexible to your and your pet’s needs.

About: I’ve always had cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with two dogs and now have two cats in the city! Can’t wait to meet your pet! Currently a student so I have a flexible schedule, so weekday drop ins and walks should be easy to schedule! Mondays and Tuesdays are my busiest days. About: I have dog sat for friends when they're out of town. I have watched my mom's cat for her whole life too. I love animals, I love playing with them, I love the excuse to get out for a walk, I love sitting with them, I love talking to them like they can understand what I'm saying. I genuinely enjoy hanging out with animals and care for them deeply. I work from home and have the flexibility to leave for a walk or run an errand whenever I need to. So if that means a 3 pm walk for your pup or a morning and evening feeding time for your pet, I'm here! I have a fenced in back yard, fenced in front balcony, and enclosed spaces throughout my home. I also have an open floor plan on the main level where I would feed your pet and hang out them mostly.

About: Hi, my name is Sofi! I work from home full-time, which allows me to spend plenty of time with pets. I’ve grown up with animals and have loved being around them my whole life. Since moving to the U.S., friends and people in my social circle have trusted me to pet sit, house sit, and take care of their pets, including dog walking. About: I adopted a dog during the pandemic and share a cat with my husband. I grew up on a farm and would watch and care for the neighbors' animals while they were on vacation. I've been working on Rover for two years. I'm looking forward to meeting your pets and giving you some peace of mind while you're at work or on vacation. On weekends, I am home full-time, lots of time for playing, naps, and going out on adventures if that fits into your pet's lifestyle! In my apartment, your pet can be crated or free-roam based on their needs. I live in an apartment and there are no other animals. All outdoor time is always on-leash and closely supervised, your pet and I can play at the park across the street, with lots of grass! My goal is to create a calm, comfortable space where your pet feels secure and cared for.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs since as long as I can remember. I grew up with an English Cocker Spaniel, and I regularly take care of my friends dogs (often I ask to take care of them even when they are in town because I miss their dogs!) I love being around dogs and seeing their goofy personalities, giving them love, and watching them trust and love me back. I work in the office 4 days a week, but I am regularly around Fridays through Sundays. I can do boarding, walks, check ins, play dates. Happy to discuss your pet needs and ways to make them and you more comfortable. I am highly communicative, I always send owners pictures when I am with their dog as an update. I can take dogs on long or short walks, whatever will cause the least disruption to their routine.

About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and genuinely love caring for them. I grew up with a pug (Pumba), and dogs have continued to be a big part of my family. My dad has an adopted dog (Samba), and my sister also adopted her dog (Moka). I lived with my sister and Moka for three years, so I was very involved in her day-to-day care, including walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention. Whenever my sister traveled, I was the one she trusted to take care of Moka. I’m comfortable following a dog’s normal routine and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule and can give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, playtime, feeding, and regular potty breaks, and I can easily adjust to your pet’s usual routine. I live in an apartment in a walkable area with several parks nearby, which makes it easy to provide regular walks, outdoor time, and exercise. I’m very attentive to each dog’s routine, personality, and needs, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me.

I’ve had two very special dogs in my life—a Lhasa Apso and a Yorkie—who were both loved and cared for all the way into their senior years. Since losing them, I’m not quite ready to have another dog of my own, but I truly miss having a pup around. I work full-time in the Arlington area with a hybrid schedule, working from home 2–3 days a week. I’m also attending school part-time virtually, which gives me additional flexibility throughout the week. My schedule allows me to provide walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pup, especially on my work-from-home days and weekends. I live in the DC area and can be flexible with scheduling depending on your pet’s needs and location. I’m happy to work with you to establish a routine that keeps your pet comfortable, happy, and well cared for! 🐾 I live in a one-bedroom apartment with a separate den, which provides a comfortable and cozy space for your pet. I can easily crate your dog if needed and will follow your normal routine as closely as possible. For overnight stays, I work nearby and have a hybrid schedule, so I’m able to come home during my lunch break to let your pup out for a potty break and midday walk. I also live in a very walkable area, making it easy to provide regular walks and plenty of opportunities for fresh air and exercise. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.
