About: I’m an energetic, reliable, and caring dog lover with years of hands-on experience. I currently have a dog and previously helped care for three dogs alongside my siblings, so I understand the responsibility and love that goes into pet care. I truly enjoy being outdoors—long walks, fresh air, and plenty of playtime are some of my favorite things, especially when shared with adorable pups! I have a special soft spot for senior dogs and make sure they receive the extra patience, attention, and affection they deserve. Every time I walk into a shelter, I wish I could adopt them all and give each one a loving home. I’ve provided drop-in visits and overnight care for neighbors, family, and clients throughout the DMV area, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. You can trust that your pup will receive excellent care, love, and attention. I currently have availability for consistent evening walking opportunities in my area and would love to help keep your dog happy, healthy, and well-exercised. I also own a cat and available for cat sitting as well. With the exception of a few weekends for my personal vacations, I am flexible most weeknights and weekends. I work remotely and will be able to do day drop ins. I have a beautiful golden Irish dog who loves to be outside and play with her toys! I take her to play dates at the local park and walk her through the woods on the weekends. If I am doing an overnight stay with your dog, I will make sure they have proper exercise and that we don’t stray too far away from their normal routine. I will take them on walks, ample play time in the backyard or park and will give them as much love and attention as you!

About: Hi! I’m Danielle, and I’m excited to start my Rover journey! I’ve had two very special dogs in my life—a Lhasa Apso and a Yorkie—who were both loved and cared for all the way into their senior years. I loved taking them on walks, playing with them, spending time together, and making sure they always felt safe, happy, and loved. Since losing them, I’m not quite ready to have another dog of my own, but I truly miss having a pup around. Rover feels like the perfect way for me to continue enjoying the companionship of dogs while giving your furry family member the attention and care they deserve. I especially have a soft spot for small dogs and would love to be their walking buddy, playmate, or companion while you’re away. Whether your pup needs a nice walk, some playtime, cuddles, or simply someone to keep them company, I’m happy to help. I work full-time in the Arlington area with a hybrid schedule, working from home 2–3 days a week. I’m also attending school part-time virtually, which gives me additional flexibility throughout the week. My schedule allows me to provide walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your pup, especially on my work-from-home days and weekends. I live in the DC area and can be flexible with scheduling depending on your pet’s needs and location. I’m happy to work with you to establish a routine that keeps your pet comfortable, happy, and well cared for! 🐾 I live in a one-bedroom apartment with a separate den, which provides a comfortable and cozy space for your pet. I can easily crate your dog if needed and will follow your normal routine as closely as possible. For overnight stays, I work nearby and have a hybrid schedule, so I’m able to come home during my lunch break to let your pup out for a potty break and midday walk. I also live in a very walkable area, making it easy to provide regular walks and plenty of opportunities for fresh air and exercise. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs since as long as I can remember. I grew up with an English Cocker Spaniel, and I regularly take care of my friends dogs (often I ask to take care of them even when they are in town because I miss their dogs!) I love being around dogs and seeing their goofy personalities, giving them love, and watching them trust and love me back. I work in the office 4 days a week, but I am regularly around Fridays through Sundays. I can do boarding, walks, check ins, play dates. Happy to discuss your pet needs and ways to make them and you more comfortable. I am highly communicative, I always send owners pictures when I am with their dog as an update. I can take dogs on long or short walks, whatever will cause the least disruption to their routine.

About: I grew up with rescue dogs my whole life and adopted a senior chihuahua in 2020 who we lost a few months ago. We aren’t quite ready to adopt again, but are really missing the love of a dog in our lives and would love to shower your baby in love!! We still have dog beds, treats, stairs to get on the bed, etc. that we would love to put to use. I work from home Thursday and Friday so am opening my schedule only those days and weekend to ensure I can give pups the attention and care they deserve. We live in a super walkable neighborhood and I’m happy to walk them every 2-4 hours. We are homebodies and will give lots of snuggles and love. Don’t have other pets or kids. Myself and my wife will be around and both have lots of experience from caring for our dog Toby who recently passed. Dogs are allowed on the couch and bed. We don’t have a yard but our neighborhood is super walkable and we live near a dog park if that is of interest (would never take the dog there unless specifically requested).

About: I grew up with cats and now have a cat of my own who is like my child, so I totally get how hard it is to leave your baby! I will provide care, comfort, entertainment, and more to your fur baby so you don’t have to worry at all while you’re gone! I am available weeknights and weekends to check in on your babies! I also work in downtown DC and can pop over on my lunch break to say hello! I will make sure your home, and most importantly your cats areas, are always clean and ready for them to play, eat, and use the litter box.
