“Roger, our 4-month-old Airedale, met Rachel during a “meet and greet.” He connected immediately, wagging his tail and giving kisses – love at first sight. I don’t think Roger’s reaction was coincidental – Rachel’s love for animals, her friendly demeanor, and her positivity was apparent from the outset. She was interested in learning as much as possible about Roger – his temperament, likes and dislikes, successes to date, and “puppyhood” challenges he was experiencing, and a summary of any training he had received. So, from the outset, we felt extremely comfortable with Rachel – more than comfortable actually… we looked forward to her taking care of Roger during our short or longer absences. Our assessment proved accurate! Rachel’s subsequent visit with Roger went extremely well. We were very happy to see the pictures she sent that documented her time with him, and a narrative summary of their visit. Most important, she is our definite “go to” person for dog sitting. And if Roger could speak (which he may be able to do at some point – he is really smart!), I know his evaluation would be glowing! Thank you, Rahel! We are looking forward to a great partnership!”
