“Meredith took care of my two kitties while I was away for work and did an excellent job! She made sure to play and hang with them, and also helped clean up several messes of one kitty in particular. She also made sure to troubleshoot my automatic feeder and made sure to give the boys extra food just in case, would recommend!”

“Maria was fabulous and took such good care of my dog while away. She was reliable and gave updates throughout the weekend. I also scheduled 3 walks in addition to drop-in visits. I highly recommend Maria!”

“Jenna and Matthew are amazing! This is the second time I’ve booked with them and they do a great job every time. I’ve booked 30 minute drop-ins and they always play with my dog when there’s extra time instead of just leaving when she’s done being walked/fed. It means a lot to me that they go the extra mile to make sure my dog is happy!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life, I take pride in caring for them to the highest standard. Currently, I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and a mix. I absolutely adore dogs and love to help where I can. I am currently in DC on summer break from teaching. I have recently moved here, therefore, have a very free schedule 6 days a week. I will follow all expectations outlined by owner. I am happy to give your dogs the attention they need in the very specific way they need it, as dogs are so particular!
“Kara was great! I will definitely be booking her again. She sent so many lovely photos and ensured that they had a full 30 minutes of interaction and play time and gave updates on their behaviors as well.”

About: Since I can remember I was always a pet lover. I have experience walking varying breeds from small mixed breeds to husky’s, as well as cat sitting. Five years ago I got an Australian Shepard, she is a ball of energy in my life. I have experience with energetic and anxious animals. I only walk one dog at a time, unless you book a walk for multiple dogs. Please message me any questions. ***AVAILABILITY*** *Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8am till late evening *Tues 8am-3pm *Weekends vary due to school and racing (please reach out for weekends, I am happy to accommodate your and your pets needs) *Meet and greet before first visit I'm currently a masters student taking classes Tuesday nights and one Saturday a month, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet! I'm available for dog walks & drop ins Mon, Wed, Thurs, and Fri 8am-8pm, and Tues 8am-3pm, some weekend availability. My calendar is constantly being updated with my current availability and I am happy to accommodate to you and your pet's needs. Safety is a top priority for me, I care for each pet like they're my own! I only walk one dog booking at a time, no pack walks or dog parks. I follow any guidelines and preferences provided, I only give treats which are approved and as directed. Each visit has at least one photo included. For Dogs, I love to play with them and promise they will get much love, attention, and pets. For walks I can use a preferred route, try to stay in the shade during the summer, and avoid dog parks for safety reasons. For Cats, I will adapt to what the cat prefers. If they need time to warm up to me, I will give them the time and space needed, I will gladly play with them, pet them, or if they just want to do their own cat-things I will supervise them. At the end of the visit I usually leave the tv running on a sleep timer for background noise and visual stimulation. *I like to have a meet and greet before the first visit
“Adrienne always leaves detailed River cards with great pictures. She took wonderful care of our two cats while we were out of town. We will definitely book Adrienne again!”

“Hazel is an amazingly attentive sitter! She sent updates, photos, and videos all throughout the drop in and was very responsive. She is very kind and generous with her time. I will 100% be rebooking her again when the need arises and I would absolutely recommend her as a sitter for your pet!”

“Michael is both a great friend and an excellent cat sitter for my 10 year old cat Riot. He’s been cat sitting for her for almost four years. He takes care of her special dietary needs, and has even helped with administering medicine, while I’m out of town. He did great this past weekend with making sure Riot followed her diet, and making sure she stayed in her cone whenever she wasn’t eating (she has a flare up from chronic skin infections). He’s also very tidy and clean as a house guest!”

“Lia did such a great job checking in on my cat, Meeko! To say I felt so fully comfortable leaving him in her care would be an understatement. She was able to successfully give him his medicine, which is always a bonus if you have a kitty that requires a little extra care. She also sent a video of Meeko purring so loudly—so clearly he was very happy with her! I would absolutely book with Lia again.”

“Maria has been fantastic! From our very first meeting, she was incredibly responsive and professional. During every visit, she provided thorough updates that kept us at ease. Luxe, who usually sticks to the bed, actually spent his time waiting on the couch to greet Maria the moment she walked in. It was so heartening to hear how Luxe followed her around and how much they bonded on the couch together. We are so pleased with the care Maria provided!”

About: I’ve been around pets my entire life, especially cats, so I naturally understand their needs and unique personalities. Even though I’ve never owned a dog of my own, I’ve cared for many dogs through friends and family — from puppies who need full attention to older dogs who need extra patience and care. I also have experience giving pets oral medication, so I’m comfortable following special routines. My goal is to always give each pet the same love, comfort, and attention I’d want for my own! I am currently a full-time student at Howard University so I have class everyday. With any free time I have on my hands not studying or in class, I’d love to help! Im happy to take your pets on walks, give them fresh food and water, and spend quality time with them so they feel cared for while you're away. Im gentle and attentive, making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. Building trust is very important to me, and treat one like my own! :)
“My first time using Emma and they were very communicative and super kind!! They gave so much love and pets to my Oakley cat!! Oakley loved them and I could tell was well taken cared of. The litter boxes and apartment were clean and tidy when I got back and the pictures they sent were adorable. I definitely will book with Emma again when I go out of town :)”

“Alyssa took great care of our kitten and older adult cat, once again. She was attentive, communicative, and paid close attention to detail throughout. We were put at ease knowing they’re in such great hands when we’re away!”

“Abigail took such great care of my two floofs in the afternoons. They loved her! She was available last minute multiple times, took them on great walks and wore them out just enough for a great afternoon nap. I got comfortable enough with her that I didn’t even worry anymore and was able to focus on my work. Very kind and reliable sitter!”

“Eric took excellent care of our cats while we were away! He spent quite a bit of time with them and made sure our cat who needed medicine took it again after she had a bad tummy and threw it up the first time. Definitely a sweetheart, would have him look after them again. <3”

“Savannah was great! It was our first time using her, but she communicated well and did a great job taking care of our dog! She made sure he got walks, play time, and took his meds.”

Em was great! She was so communicative and deliberate. I really trusted her to care for my cat while I was away. He requires a twice daily medication and she administered it with no problems. She also took a ton of pictures ☺️I would definitely recommend her!

Chelsea is the most thoughtful cat sitter I’ve had and clearly loves taking care of them. She did a meet and greet prior to my travel so she could see the space, meet my cat, and review any special needs he may have. I came home to a Polaroid picture of Bee that Chelsea left behind. What a differentiator! I will be using her again when I go out of town. Thank you, Chelsea.

Thomas is absolutely exceptional!! His report cards are beyond detailed and we can picture his entire time with our cat Tobin during each visit. He gave us SUCH peace of mind and soo many pictures while we were traveling for 2 weeks. He’s super communicative and is so attentive and caring and it’s so clear that our boy warmed right up to him!! THANK YOU THOMAS!!!
