About: Growing up I help take care of just about every indoor pet you can think of. Taking the time to make an animal feel safe is my specialty. My favorite way to spend time with pets is outdoor training and desensitizing 🙌 I work part time and am generally flexible for hours during the week. I am especially available for early morning and daytime visits M-F. Weekends I’m happy to do overnights and potty breaks every couple hours. Happy to be the disciplinarian or the fun playtime aunt! However your pet feels safe I will accommodate and take as much time as needed to provide for them in your home.
About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for the past five years. I am comfortable with dogs of any size. I have experience working with cats & dogs of all ages and am comfortable giving them medications. I volunteer with Lucky Dogs currently as a dog handler at events. Additionally, I volunteered for the Williamson County Animal Shelter through high school and undergrad, walking dogs as well as socializing and providing enrichment for cats. I have ample experience with stray/spicy kitties! I currently have a very flexible hybrid job and attend night university classes three days a week. Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends are my most open days of the week. I am pretty flexible and want your dog or cat to be as comfortable as possible :). If I am not staying at the home, I can stop by a minimum of three times a day. Once between 8am to 9am, once between 12pm and 1pm, and once after 4pm (can vary times as needed). During the evenings, I can stay longer to allow your pet(s) more playtime and/or be taken for a walk. My schedule is pretty flexible! *CONSTANT CARE POLICY FOR HOUSESITTING MORE THAN 24 HOURS* *this policy does not apply to drop-ins or housesitting for less than 24 hours* *constant care is a premium service and will not apply to all bookings* If your pet has a medical or non-medical reason(s) for which they require constant care, the sitter maintains the right to modify the house-sitting request rate to reflect the change in care up to an additional $50 per night per animal requiring constant care. Additional pets that do not require constant care will reflect the normal Additional Pet rate (found in services tab). Constant Care is a premium service designed for pets that cannot be left alone for medical or non-medical reasons. This includes animals who have accidents overnight or if the sitter leaves for more than 4 hours for the duration of the booking dates. Services include but are not limited to oral medication administration, assisted movement, assisted feedings, comfort, and companionship needs. Other requirements can be discussed before confirming/payment is made. I currently have a very flexible hybrid job and take night classes three times a week. I can customize and work with whatever your pet's needs may be! In the client's home, I am happy to do whatever your pet needs to keep with their routine! I am also an avid crocheter, so if your pet loves a snuggle buddy or someone in the house to hang out with, I am more than happy to be that!
“Had another great experience with Allison! She's incredibly communicative, reliable, and so sweet with my cat. It's so good to know he's in great hands with Allison when I'm out of town. Can't recommend her more highly!”

“Leo was super communicative, pro active, and sent lots of photos of our pup and cats while we were away for the weekend. It was our first time having Leo and he was super understanding of our rescue and reactive dog during the long walks. Thank you so much Leo!!”

About: I'm a full-time professional with fairly flexible work hours. I have two dogs, a happy, healthy 12 yr old Plott-hound mix, Ollie, and a happy, energetic and loving 2 yr old husky-shepherd mix, Bella., I've watched and cared for dozens of other dogs (friends, family, etc.) over the last 15 years and am generally known as a bit of a 'dog whisperer'. I absolutely love dogs and look forward to taking exceptional care of your pet when you need to leave them in somebody else's care. Ollie, Bella, and I walk for ~4 miles every day around the neighborhood, go to dog friendly parks/fields in my neighborhood, and walks in the woods where they can run off leash. As highlighted in the pictures, Ollie and Bella readily get along with a wide variety of dogs as a walking buddy, a sleeping buddy, or a running-around-a-field buddy. If you leave your dog with us, your dog will have new canine friends, get lots of fun neighborhood walks, and have friends to cuddle up with on the couch / in their dog bed after a long-day of walking, eating, and sleeping :). I typically do two long walks each day (one between ~7-9 AM, the other sometime between 5-7 PM). Will also do a short mid-day walk and/or a short pre-bedtime walk as needed! While Ollie and Bella were crate trained as puppies, at this point they roams freely throughout the house. That said, I'm happy to host crate-trained dogs, and more than comfortable allowing your (trained!) dog to roam free throughout my home much like my pups.

“Juna continues to take fantastic care of my hound mix! My dog is always happy to see Juna, and I can tell from her consistent communication and her lovely walking/drop-in photos that my dog continues to enjoy Juna's care and company throughout each booking. Juna has proven to be capable and resourceful throughout all of her visits with my dog, and I'm confident she would be the same with yours, too!”

“Jocabet was a lifesaver! She filled in last minute when our usual walker wasn’t available and was very communicative, punctual and gave great updates as well as photos. We will definitely book her again!”
About: Whether your doggo needs a walking buddy while you’re at the office, or your cat needs checking in on while you’re away, I look forward to the opportunity to meet you both! I have taken care of friends’ and family’s pets for years. Everything from sassy cats to lil Pomeranians to big baby German Shepards. I work from home so my schedule is flexible for midday walks or drop ins. I’m a home body who stays around the neighborhood most weekends besides the occasional weeknight softball game. I’d be happy to drop in at your home for your pet and can spend as little or as much time as you’d like with them. My schedule is ideal for regular midday walks anywhere from 15min to an hour. I have some plants toxic to pets in my home so I’m not able to open my home just yet.
“Olivia was so good at working on making Gidget feel comfortable and safe. Now our normally anxious, people-shy pup LIVES for her visits. Olivia is extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding of our schedule. She gives in depth, detailed reports that give me peace of mind while we're at work. She was quick to pick up on Gidget's little quirky personality and it's been a joy to read about while I can't be home. As long as Olivia is available, we'll never look for another sitter.”

“Ava is a GREAT sitter! She’s very communicative and attentive and went above and beyond for my pet. I’ve never had a sitter actually follow every one of my instructions, but Ava did! My flight even got delayed and Ava made sure to leave enough food for my pet to stay cared for. She provided pictures every day and even helped clean up a mess my pet made while I was absent. I would definitely book her again to care for my dog or cat, as she’s great with both animals.”

“Andrew and Joelle were great, on short notice, and even our shy cats seemed to like them and came out to say hi when they visited. Highly recommended.”

“Idit watched our two cats for a few days, and she was fantastic! We normally have our friends watch the cats, and this was the first time we used Rover when we headed out of town for Christmas. We weren't worried at all the entire time we were gone because Idit was so good with the cats and responsive. She sent several pictures with the cats, and when we got home, they were calm and content. We would definitely recommend!”

“Erin was great with Pepper! She was prompt so Pepper could stay on schedule, asked clarifying when something was unclear, sent us updates! Overall, it’s clear Pepper loves Erin and Erin loves Pepper!”

About: I started sitting in earnest four years ago, but grew up with my own dogs and often babysat for friends and family in high school and college. I’ve cared for Greyhounds, Border Collies, Shihtzus, Golden Retrievers, Corgis, APBTs, one Mastiff, one Akita, one senior German Shpeherd, and one Border Terrier/Shihtzu puppy. I’m a teaching artist, so my fluctuating schedule doesn’t allow me to have my own dogs, but the long periods of remote work and time between gigs means I have very flexible availability and can fill the hole in my heart by being a reliable, loving sitter for others. I really cherish any opportunity to spend time with any pups and look forward to meeting yours! I’m between gigs at the moment, so save some odd appointments, I’m available for morning, afternoon, or evening drop in walks, daytime sitting, or longer overnight stays and in-home sitting. I always prefer to take a walk with pet parents leading when I first meet new dogs to get a sense of what they’re used to. For multi-day sitting, I always follow whatever norms you set in your home to make sure training stays consistent and there’s no confusion that may create anxiety for your pups. If working remotely, I try to stay where pups can see me and take lots of breaks for walks, pottying, and pets. Unless you have a specific walking route, I like to stay on quieter streets with slower speed limits and less traffic so walks are calm. I also like to allow lots of time for sniffing (smells stimulate your pup’s brain!) unless you have behavioral or training concerns about avoiding distractions during walks.
“Jason dropped in to check in on my 2 dogs over the last weekend while I was out at a seminar. He was very punctual, followed directions, communicative, and my pups seemed very happy when I came home later in the day. Looking forward to Jason staying with my pups during my upcoming trip.”

“Alex is s great professional and definitely loves dogs. He was a lifesaver and took care of our dogs beyond what we expected. He was extremely attentive, sent us pictures of our dogs in every visit, and made every effort to assure us that they were being taken care of and cuddled in our absence. Our puppies are certainly looking forward to spending more time with their new friend.”

“Look no further than Luisa for a cat sitter! Our cat looks forward to Luisa’s arrival when we go out of town. Luisa truly cares about our cat as if she’s her own - and goes above and beyond with each visit. Lots of photos and videos and great commentary. Five stars for Luisa!”

“Matt was amazing. Great communication, very responsive and detailed. He took great care of our special needs dog and energetic cat over the holidays. Will definitely book again!!”

About: Being a pet sitter has been my side-job since the first year of my career. Use to be a consultant who travels a lot during week days and prevent me to have a pet. I usually sit dogs and cats during weekend so I can enjoy some time with fluffy friends. It is definitely rewarding moments. Now I moved to DC area for my new job, without traveling, I have more time to play with our fluffy friends! I am currently a full-time data scientist, but have plenty of time after work and weekends. Love to play with dogs and cats while you are too busy for your work. Had couple years experience of a very demanding job, totally understand the frustration when meetings and incoming emails never end and your fluffy friends need break and play time. I have a small yard to keep your fluffy baby happy! There is a dog park nearby, and they will stay in my huge living room when they want to rest.

I’ve been so fortunate to find William to help me with my other sitter while I’m away in Alaska on a traveling nursing contract. He has been incredibly detailed, dependable, trustworthy, and loving with my fur Baby. He takes the most amazing photos! Just incredible- I’m saving every single one of them, they’re just absolutely precious!! To be able to trust somebody in your home while you’re away for months at a time is just priceless, but most importantly, while away with a furry family member - has just brought me such immense peace and comfort. My little girl Violet absolutely loves William and took to him immediately! He’s been so patient and helpful as well, especially when there was a mistake on my end with medication dosing. He makes excellent suggestions about her care (he’s so observant) and is a superb communicator as well; so eloquent in his notes to me about his time with my girl! I look forward to them daily! :) Thank you so much William -God bless you for all your help, I’m so grateful that I found you! - Dani and Violet 💜🦄😻

Daria does an excellent job of meeting the needs of our cats wherever they are regardless of their age or special requirements. During the health decline of Louis, a big ginger boy, he would respond well to Daria even through meds delivery. Now, we count on Daria to deliver the care that our clever but elderly cat craves. We happily recommend Daria as your pet sitter/caregiver.

Ava is a GREAT sitter! I would definitely book her again to care for my dog or cat, as she’s great with both animals.

A well deserved 5star review! I had an emergency with my cats, when I called her to come help, she arrived incredibly fast. Not only did she handle the urgent issue perfectly, but what really impressed me was how proactive she was. She went above and beyond to take care of my cats. She is incredibly reliable and gave me such peace of mind. I will absolutely reach out to her again next time!

Carolina is fantastic. She did a great job taking care of my cat while I was on vacation. She sent photos during each visit which let me see that everything was under control. She was so kind to play with my cat and give him treats while I was away. I highly recommend her care for your animal.
My first time using a sitter and I had a great experience with Karen. She was communicative, always on time and took excellent care of my kitties. The daily photos gave me peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. I will absolutely rebook with Karen in the future!
