They get regular outdoor time in our fully fenced yard, midday walks, and plenty of attention morning, afternoon, and evening. I require a meet-and-greet prior to all first-time bookings. About: I have experience caring for both cats and dogs. I've always had cats of my own. I have cared for many of my friends’ pets while they are away. For many years I had friends for whom I used to dog-sit and cat-sit in their home. They had two cats and two dogs--medium size, collie mix and lab mix, dogs. I have experience walking the dogs, feeding, taking to vet appointments. I have experience walking and caring for my in-laws dogs (golden retrievers and springer spaniels). I am energetic and love playing with cats and dogs. I’m currently working from home (9 to five) so am available throughout the day and evenings and weekends. I’m happy to walk dogs as needed throughout the day. I can host or do over night stays. I have a fenced backyard, though note there are a flight of stairs to get down to the backyard. It is small with some bushes and trees and a paved patio. I enjoy walking (as many times as needed per day) and there many grassy areas near by. I don’t have an issue with dogs in the sofa or beds.

About: I'm a full-time professional with fairly flexible work hours. I have two dogs, a happy, healthy 12 yr old Plott-hound mix, Ollie, and a happy, energetic and loving 2 yr old husky-shepherd mix, Bella., I've watched and cared for dozens of other dogs (friends, family, etc.) over the last 15 years and am generally known as a bit of a 'dog whisperer'. I absolutely love dogs and look forward to taking exceptional care of your pet when you need to leave them in somebody else's care. Ollie, Bella, and I walk for ~4 miles every day around the neighborhood, go to dog friendly parks/fields in my neighborhood, and walks in the woods where they can run off leash. As highlighted in the pictures, Ollie and Bella readily get along with a wide variety of dogs as a walking buddy, a sleeping buddy, or a running-around-a-field buddy. If you leave your dog with us, your dog will have new canine friends, get lots of fun neighborhood walks, and have friends to cuddle up with on the couch / in their dog bed after a long-day of walking, eating, and sleeping :). I typically do two long walks each day (one between ~7-9 AM, the other sometime between 5-7 PM). Will also do a short mid-day walk and/or a short pre-bedtime walk as needed! While Ollie and Bella were crate trained as puppies, at this point they roams freely throughout the house. That said, I'm happy to host crate-trained dogs, and more than comfortable allowing your (trained!) dog to roam free throughout my home much like my pups.

He lets us know if he is going to be even a few minutes later than usual, even though our dog is low-maintenance and large-bladdered! Leo has given us lots of advance notice on the rare occasion when he was not available for a regular walk (e.g., at the holidays). And he's an all-around nice guy. It gives us great comfort to know that our Jake is getting such excellent care.”

About: Currently my brother and I are working from home and don't mind having your dog here to accompany us. We love furry guests! I've had/watched dogs all my life ranging from teacups to great Danes, we love them all! Working from home 5 days a week (introverts for sure) we are available most week days and weekends. Our morning and afternoon walks for its nothing to add your fur baby! We have pups and dislike crates so I let them roam the house. If the house is too foreign I will limit them to the room im occupying with occasional backyard fun and 20/30 min walks. I also send pics daily/hourly depending on owners comfort level.

About: What makes me different from others is pets love me and they are very comfortable around me. I never have any issues with any type of pet or animal. I have two amazing cats and I usually feed them early in the morning, play around with both of them until they get tired and sleepy, then it's cuddle time I personally wash my cats at home and i also take take them out for activities such as walking or having them play with different sticks and toys. About: I am a very active person, which means I would love to take your dogs on runs/ walks/ hikes/ doggie play dates/ etc. I have job shadowed at a vet hospital before, and although not certified, I am well educated on pet health. I have owned many dogs myself, and have worked with many different breeds (Dobermans, akitas, German Shepards, Belgian mallinois, basset hounds, pit bulls etc) and ages of dogs including puppies which I have had to hand feed, and old dogs as well. Overall my schedule is pretty flexible, so if adjustment of times or anything is needed I am open to that as long as it doesn’t conflict with any commited plans. I do work a typical 9-5 but I work in office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays but otherwise work from home which gives me the flexibility to take care of your fur baby as needed. We can discuss your needs and your pets needs when we schedule- happy to spend time with your fur babies as I would mine! I treat all pets as if they were my own and that includes really understanding them and their behaviors. Aside from basic care, mutual respect between me and your pet is of utmost importance to me as I want them to trust and ultimately build a bond they feel comfortable with. If your dog and I are not a fit I will respectfully inform you to please not schedule me for any service.

“Stacy was wonderful with our Boston Terrier, Bella. Bella often needs time to feel comfortable in new places, but she seemed calm, happy, and relaxed during her two-night stay with Stacy and her dogs. Stacy sent us photos while we were traveling, and seeing Bella look so settled gave us real peace of mind. Stacy’s home is clearly well set up for caring for dogs, and Bella seemed to find her own little respite there. What stood out most is how relaxed Bella was when she came home. She does not always gravitate toward new people right away, but she seemed comfortable with Stacy, which says a lot. We are grateful to have found someone who provided such a stable, caring, and comfortable environment for our dog. We would absolutely trust Stacy with Bella again.”
