About: I'm reliable, and I am happy to care for your furry friend. I am comfortable with larger dogs, and also adore the little ones. I’d love to check in on your feline friend too. I have significant experience dog walking, dog sitting, and cat sitting with Woofies in Northern Virginia and care for my own pup. Dogs are the best people, and I'd love to take yours on a stroll or watch them while you're out of town so they can live their best life. I am typically available 9am-6pm Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as well as occasional weekdays for services. I’m over in AdMo, and can easily scoot over to several DC neighborhoods. Idit was wonderful. This is the first time she took care of my cat and her communication is very clear, she was timely in her visits and she sent wonderful photos so I felt like my cat was very well taken care of. My cat needs a lot of play and it looked like Idit really put the time in with him. I’ll definitely work with Idit for my next trip too.
Daria helped us watch our shy ten year old cat, Roux, on short notice. She made time to come over and meet her first and get to know the lay of our house. I had to take a very long three month hiatus away from my fur baby Violet for work while in the Arctic Circle in Alaska. I couldn’t find *anybody* to take my cat that I trusted while I was gone and after discussing it with her vet, he and I both agree the best thing would be to leave her at home and have a sitter there with her daily. It broke my heart to do this but I had no choice. My cat is special; she’s very sweet and intelligent, but she can’t be picked up because she has a lung issue that causes her to cough off and on a few times a day and we have to keep her on prednisone to keep her comfortable. Finding Megan has been a complete godsend for us. She is the most trust worthy, kind, calm, detailed, organized, flexible and understanding person ever… I don’t know what I would do without her 😭🥺. Every day, twice a day she sends me the cutest photos of my cat and sends me a very detailed message about what went on during her visit. She’s extremely observant and monitors your pet like it was her own. She tells me about her food, how much she’s eating, she tells me about her mood, what’s going on when she gets there, and how the environment was when she left.She’s really looking out for us and there are no words to express how much that means to me when I have to focus on my new healthcare job, all the way out in the arctic circle. It hurts me so much to be away from my cat, but it’s so comforting to know that Megan is there for us while I’m gone. She has really taken on a big responsibility and I really, truly and deeply appreciate her and anybody who books with Megan- I’m telling you, you won’t ever regret it. Megan, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts ❤️🐾🥹🤗🙏🏼
