He looked so comfortable, loved, and genuinely excited to be there, I think he was actually a little sad to leave, lol. Ala has looked after our springer spaniel Penny twice now. It's very clear that Ala is super caring and treats Penny with lots of love. He keeps us regularly informed with photos and shares all of the toys and games he uses to keep Penny stimulated while she is staying with him. We will definitely continue to use Ala in the future.
I was incredibly hesitant to leave my dog, Bruno, over the 4th of July weekend because he has severe anxiety around fireworks. However, Chris completely put my mind at ease. His communication was fantastic from start to finish.Even when my phone broke during the trip and disrupted my ability to check in, Chris was incredibly understanding and kept sending great picture updates.Bruno seemed to genuinely enjoy his time with Chris, which is the biggest relief. Will definitely book with Chris again!
Ayah is the best! When it seemed like our dog Ozzy may be better off at home she offered to switch to house-sitting, providing Ozzy with many hours of quality time in our home and playtime with her own dog, walks, and even cutting his hair! She also took care of our plants and yard as an additional service which was very helpful while we were away. She is very responsive and attentive, kind and a true gem to find on Rover. We give her our highest recommendation!
Astrid had a blast with Michelle, yet again! Michelle was communicative, incorporated Astrid into her daily routine, and was more than happy to accommodate Astrid’s needs and quirks. Marcy had a great time with Juan, Felipe, and Roma during our recent two week trip. We have never been away from her for more than a few days, but we felt really comfortable leaving her with Juan and Felipe. They are so thoughtful and caring, sending us plenty of updates and pictures of Marcy having fun. There was a heatwave in DC while we were gone and they let us know that they would take a longer than usual walk in the morning and shorter walks in the afternoon to keep the dogs from overheating. They also made sure Marcy was comfortable during the fireworks. They always put the health and safety of the dogs first, and I trust them 100% with my baby!
