Rebecca was an incredible host! When our flight home got severely delayed, she was communicative and saved the day by keeping our pup one extra night. Even better, she took him on an early morning walk before we picked him up, delivering an extra snuggly, sleepy dog. She also sent updates, including pictures, health updates, and notes any changes in behavior. You can definitely tell she’s experienced!
Cant say enough good things about Fathia! She used my go to person when I have to board Thelma the Great. She's attentive, nurturing and treats Thelma like one of the family. I am grateful for her competence and warmth and I always know that Thelma will have a great place to stay when I'm away!
Alexandra and family were AMAZING with Albert. I love their photos, pup-dates and great overall communication. I enjoyed my vacation so much knowing Albert was in great hands with them. They were very accommodating when my flight was delayed. I hope they’re available when I need Rover services again.
