Leia typically takes some time to warm up in a new place given her separation anxiety, but Sabrina was able to make her feel right at home almost instantly. When Leia got anxious from noises outside, Sabrina even played calming music to help her relax. Her communication was fantastic, she kept me in the loop constantly and sent tons of photos. With the extreme heat and poor air quality during Leia’s stay, Sabrina made sure Leia’s safety was her top priority. Even over a longer 5 day stay, I had complete peace of mind knowing Leia was being looked after like she was her own. I’m so grateful and would absolutely book Sabrina again in a heartbeat!”

Max was willing to meet with her before her stay and win her over (and he did!) it really eased my mind knowing she would be in good hands. My dog had a few stubborn potty accidents in his home and Max kept me informed about that and as well as the times she did go outside. I was delayed by several hours picking my dogs up and Max was understanding and was able to keep my girls entertained while he waited. Bailey and Cali loved their stay and got lots of play time, walks, and belly rubs. I would definitely use Max over and over again.”

“This was our first opportunity to use Rover and we were very pleased with Supon's most professional service. You can tell he genuinely likes dogs and enjoys caring for them. He made us feel comfortable watching our dogs by continuously sending us pictures of them. These pictures included classic portraits of them posing as well as random pictures of them playing. At first we were a bit apprehensive receiving these pictures for two reasons. One, we were feeling guilty seeing the attention being given to them thinking he was giving them better care than we do. And, two, we had thoughts are dogs would not want to leave when we were to pick them up. All of the attention they received is what Supon is all about. It is really nice to see someone do what he likes to do. And, when we picked up our dogs they were so happy to see us.
