I have grown up with dogs and regularly dog sit for my friends and family. I am a true dog fanatic— in fact, my first word was Yoda, the name of my family’s pooch. A doggie stay at Alisa & Tyler’s means: when you go on vacation, your dog also goes on vacation. I look forward to welcoming your pooch into my home for days of long walks, belly rubs, and snuggle parties.

This was my first time using the Rover app and I got lucky! Alisa helped me out last minute. She is so kind and sweet. She kept my doodles overnight, sent photos and an update. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend.
Lola had a great stay with Alisa. Easy communications and logistics, and I appreciated the frequent updates with pictures. Lola got lots of attention and affection, which is what she likes. Highly recommend.

Schedule
I work from home in the afternoons and can go on three 30-60 min dog walks per day. I have a small and friendly 13 lb rescue dog that will quickly become your dogs new bff. I am an early riser and am happy to clip on the leash and get moving in the morning.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a town home in Shaw close to Meridian Hill park (lots of open green space). I have a small dog crate available but typically opt to allow dogs to roam my home freely.

A typical day
I enjoy walks just as much as your pooch, so expect frequent long walks and pee breaks. I grew up with border collies so fetch and zoomie relief is key— however, snuggle sessions over Netflix are also essential.
