5. Alex L.

6. Jerry M.
“This is the 3rd week of daily 60min walks, and I have no complaints. Jerry covers a minimum of 2mi on each walk and varies the route so that my dog is never bored mentally or physically. In addition, Jerry is reinforcing my dog’s training to curtail leash reactivity while on the walks. My dog returns home happy and exhausted, which is invaluable as I recover from a serious accident that prevents me from walking my dog more than 1-2 city blocks. I highly recommend Jerry as a dog walker!”
7. Valerie H.
“Valerie is so good with my dog who has high separation anxiety. She’s gentle and has the dog’s interest at heart. She is also a good communicator and arrives on time. My dog is fine when I receive her which shows she handled her distress well. Grateful for her!”

13. Kiera W.
About: I got my first cat when I was four and her name was Sweets (she was not sweet) and I have loved animals ever since. My family has a ranch so I’ve grown up with animals my entire life whether it’s cats, dogs, horses, etc. I’ve been with animals from their birth to death and loved them whole way. I’ll take care of your pets as if they were mine! I’m currently a full time grad student and teach two chemistry classes during the week, so I will most likely be available on Monday, Fridays, and weekends. However, during the summer I will be free all days of the week. At home, we have a fenced in backyard for the dogs and a coop for the chickens to keep them all safe while everyone is away. All of my dogs were crate trained as puppies and worked there way up to sleeping through the night in their own beds. Some of my cats stay inside while others stay outside, so the care varies. Inside cats receive typical care, while the outside cats have access to the garage where there is food, water, beds, and a heater for them. My cats are my babies and love to cuddle, so most of my time with them is spent with them sleeping on my lap! All of my animals are friendly with each other so it’s a harmonious home. I’m comfortable with any extra needs and feeding schedules too.
14. Ben D.
“Ben came to my house to walk my 90 pound, strong dog as a test for him sitting for me later this month. Ben arrived exactly on time. Ben was polite, professional and patient with me. Most importantly, when Vinnie (my dog) met Ben he started wagging right away. Ben took the leash and walked off, and his self confidence was very reassuring to me (this is the first time someone other than me has walked my dog in 3 years!!). When Ben returned to the house with my dog, my dog was still friendly towards Ben. Ben came inside and we had a nice discussion about him sitting for us (which I booked in Rover) in a couple of weeks. Bottom line - so far Ben has 4 paws up from Vinnie. I always let Vinnie decide - and he was wagging and happy with Ben:) If you have a larger dog and are worried (like me) about someone being able to walk and control them successfully, Ben did a great job with Vinnie! (I had Vinnie's Halti head collar on but suspect Ben would have done just fine without the head collar.)”
15. Jamie W.
“Jamie is amazing with my dog Leo! She brightens up his day with their walks! She has a friendly personality and has a very quick response time. Thank you Jamie!”
16. Ashika D.
“Ashika is one of the kindest most considerate dog sitters I have ever encountered. She treats my dog with such love like my dog is hers! She goes out of her way to make sure my dog is loved. She’s the best!!!”
17. Molly B.
About: I personally have an 11yo rescued flat coat named Oliver. I grew up with cats and small dogs. I have fostered large dogs in the past and would often find strays in my old neighborhood and try to reunite them with their owners. I work remotely and have flexibility most days. I am comfortable walking dogs in the city and stay aware of our surroundings. I enjoy taking my dog as many places as possible. I have a large duplex with multiple rooms for just my pup and I. Pets are welcome on the furniture. My dog is very laid-back so we can work around your pet's schedule and needs.
18. Brandon E.
“Above and beyond service. Great communicator and true care”
19. Emma W.
“Emma was a great help walking our dog Zara this week! She was considerate of our space, flexible, communicative, and kind to our pup. Zara has some leash reactivity issues, and Emma was fabulous navigating that in our busy area of DC. We would definitely ask Emma back!”
20. Yulia E.
“Yulia is one of the most responsible and trustworthy people that I know. She will take the BEST possible care of your pets, while you're not around, and send you cute pics of your beloved ones!”
