Hi there! I’m Maria, a Civil Engineer from Chile 🇨🇱 who recently moved to D.C. in January 2026. I moved here with my husband and our rescue dog, Simba, so I know exactly what it’s like to want the absolute best care for your furry family member! 🐕 Back home, I grew up with dogs and cared for my senior pup for over 17 years 🦴. Now, I’m focusing on perfecting my English here in D.C., which means I have a very flexible schedule! 🗓️ I only have classes Monday through Thursday from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Outside of those hours, I am fully available for walks and drop-in visits. I love staying active and making sure dogs aren't just walking, but also having fun. I specialize in scent games and mental stimulation to help pups burn off energy 🧠💡. Whether your dog is a high-energy puppy or a rescue who needs a patient friend, I’m here to help. I promise to send plenty of photos and updates so you can have total peace of mind while you’re away! 📸✨

In the client's home, I enjoy playing with pets using their favorite toys and following their specific feeding routines. Since I have a dog with allergies, I deeply understand how important it is to stick strictly to their own food and avoid unauthorized treats

I made a mistake and accidentally booked the incorrect date. Maria completely saved me and came despite not being the date I orginally booked. I have used her multiple times and she is fantastic with my cat. Extremely communicative and I'll always trust her with my baby!

Schedule
I go to English class two hours a day. Before and after that, I am available to care for pets. In the weekend, I am available too.
