About: I’ve always loved dogs, and after having a great experience with a pet sitter for my three-year-old wire-haired Dachshund, Clark, I decided to register on Rover as a pet sitter myself. I grew up surrounded by animals in the Southwest U.S., and as far back as I can remember, pets have always been a part of my life. Growing up with animals taught me valuable life lessons like responsibility, trust, compassion, respect, and patience. Although I work from home Monday through Friday, I'm more than happy to care for your pet while you're away. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend before any visit or stay to ensure everyone feels comfortable. I truly enjoy what I do, and I look forward to the opportunity to care for your pet soon! I’m Clark’s primary caregiver and work from home. On a typical workday, we start our day at 6 a.m. with a quick walk, followed by his breakfast. Around 10 a.m., I take a break from work to take Clark to Logan Circle park. At noon, during my lunch break, we go for another walk. After I finish work at 5 p.m., Clark and I enjoy a longer evening walk. To wind down the day, we take one final walk at 7:30 p.m. On weekends, our walks are more flexible, and we often explore nearby neighborhoods and parks for longer outings. I’d be happy to care for your pet alongside Clark, ensuring they enjoy the same care and attention that Clark receives. To ensure Clark’s health and happiness, I provide him with a nutritious diet, constant access to fresh water, and a safe, cozy home. I make sure he gets regular bathroom breaks, stays active with consistent exercise, and receives routine vet care.
